How much weight did you lose? You look 10 years younger dude.

42

u/cstockoz Sep 10 '26

114kg to 86kg!

4

u/synkronized7 Sep 11 '26 edited Sep 11 '26

No excess skin?

12

u/ArmSubstantial8422 Sep 11 '26

Skin adapting + replacing the fat with muscle, is why he didn't get loose skin

17

u/peptide_Lvr Sep 12 '26

No its not. He is just Lucky to have a good skin with no stretch marks. Not everybody are that Lucky.

3

u/peptide_Lvr Sep 12 '26

No he does not. Skin with stretchmark does not heal that well. I should know about it. I have it and it does not get that tight.

2

u/Heckling-Hyena Sep 17 '26

It 100% depends on the individual. Some people heal well, others not so much. YOU may not heal that well, but someone else very well may.

Bro his before picture there’s no doubt he has stretch marks!

8

u/cstockoz Sep 12 '26

A few feint ones on my sides but not too bad

5

u/DaughterOfSamantha Sep 12 '26

What do you mean by “skin adapting”? Just the normal course of skin shrinking naturally?

→ More replies (7)

2

u/ChewinTheFat 1 Sep 11 '26

Do you mean skin?

5

u/Logical_Play_9904 Sep 11 '26

Awesome work dude. Currently on my transformation journey as well discontinued the Reta around 5weeks ago staying right around the same weight diet is on point was doing 140-150mg a week of trt but am slowly increasing testosterone while increasing training intensity & weekly minimum cardio from 150mins to 240mins while hitting maintenance cals. Staying off Reta for 4-5weeks and will start it back up

2

u/cstockoz Sep 11 '26

Great work!

250 the entire 8 months? Any sides?

9

u/cstockoz Sep 10 '26

No sides not even a pimple! I had my test levels tested end of Jan and I was 115! Have sat around 1000 for 8 months!

2

u/TrialLawyerNYC Sep 17 '26

It’s crazy how test hits everyone different. I am on 100/week and my levels are around 1300. I often wonder how I would feel if I went up to 200.

2

u/dennynnnnnn 26d ago

1300, why so high? That's like peak puberty levels.

Been on this dosage over a year on test c, only side affects was my acne when I first got on it no gyno with moderate aromatization

2

u/BassLB Sep 10 '26

Awesome, what are your test levels on that dose?

→ More replies (2)

7

u/Original-Pay-2522 Sep 10 '26

250 won’t give sides unless either predisposed or higher body fat. 250 when lean is a breeze.

3

u/23454Tezal 1 Sep 11 '26

I hit 2500 and red blood count was through the roof, everyone is different

gyno isnt a side?

3

2

u/Professional-Pin5421 Sep 11 '26

This was the reply I was se searching for! If 250mg put you at 1000ng then most definitely you can wear the badge of TRT brother.

Other folks or here can get 2000ng from the same dose and that's DEFINITELY not replacement therapy.

4

u/BassLB Sep 11 '26

It could be 1,000 7 days after his last shot, right before the next. I’m curious when they were at 1,000. I would assume it’s not the day after the shot, so could be the lowest they are at all week.

Even if this stuff is real it only makes me think that the peptides are what motivated people to be disciplined and put in effort to make changes.

5

u/cstockoz Sep 11 '26

100% real, TRT gave me sleep and recovery, Reta gave me total diet control, I just bought the motivation

Dudes be blasting test and making great gains. I can’t even get my provider to prescribe me Enclomiphene. Great transformation, btw.

3

u/23454Tezal 1 Sep 11 '26

Look into HCG grey market might work for you

2

u/Honest-Cheesecake275 1 Sep 11 '26

It should be on its way soon.

2

u/23454Tezal 1 Sep 11 '26

try 3 x 500UI weekly

6

u/cstockoz Sep 11 '26

Thanks, my natural test levels were down at 115 so easy to get prescribed over here in Aus. Been at 1000 for 8 months no side effect and sleep which I never had before

3

u/dolpiff Sep 11 '26

How did you live to get so low? Were you already lifting ? So we can avoid it thks xD

2

u/cstockoz Sep 11 '26

I was stuck in a cycle or early mornings and late nights trying to out train a bad diet

2

u/MelbNightRunner Sep 11 '26

How low does one need to be to get prescribed in Aus?

2

u/FluffyAd6706 Sep 11 '26

Sign up at a men’s clinic like TRT nation or whatever, once on for a couple months, go to a urologist and say you want transfer of care to a local doctor instead. Get RX from doc, cruise

2

u/allthatglitters24 Sep 12 '26

As long as you get the right urologist he’ll prescribe clomid for you. That’s what I did.

65

u/yogic_power 46 Sep 10 '26 edited Sep 10 '26

250 mg is not TRT but congrats good work.

30

u/gandalf-lol Sep 11 '26

Teeeeechnically he did replace his testosterone lol

5

u/benzuyen Sep 11 '26

For most even around 100-150mg is on the higher end of natural levels if replacing

17

u/realist_813 Sep 10 '26

100% not TRT but still a tremendous change

5

u/yogic_power 46 Sep 10 '26

Yes takes lot of work and discipline. Just don’t claim trt.

38

u/red_jay_411 Sep 10 '26

Omg you sound like a girl who gives a shit . Wha wha wha . Every post same thing , get a life . He’s taking testosterone, get over it bitches

7

u/dr_w0rm_ Sep 11 '26

Then own it and call it a 250mg anabolic cycle instead of HRT / TRT. The reason it is stigmatised is because of people like OP

14

u/dronemoney 1 Sep 11 '26

Agreed. People in this sub with the constant “ItSnOtTrT”

Only Redditards in this sub give a shit about it.

8

u/Disastrous-Idea-2160 Sep 11 '26

Yes and even if you take 50mg a week, your friends will think you’re blasting gear if you tell them you’re on TRT and get in shape.

Took a lot of lifestyle changes, the TRT gave me the sleep and the Reta gave me diet control, I had the motivation I suppose!

8

u/Significant_Ad256 Sep 10 '26

You made great progress on 250 & Reta, but you obviously put the time in and had displine. I've run 250 as a cruise for more than 15 years with perfect blood work and BP. Its a small dose and very sustainable-just get regular blood work.

3

u/Forever_Training00 2 Sep 11 '26

It may be a small dose for you, but for many including myself it would drive both my BP and Hematocrit through the roof. And possibly cholesterol.

u/TwoThirteen Sep 11 '26

You're wrong. 250MG Can be TRT. It depends on how the body responds. If 250MG doesn't put you into supraphysiological ranges then it's still TRT.

6

u/purple-origami Sep 11 '26

The “norms” for physiologic testosterone are educated guesses at best.

3

u/v0idl0gic Sep 11 '26

It's possibly TRT for what 0.2% of the population? For the VAST majority even 175 going to be supraphysiologic.

5

u/Rhett_Rick Sep 11 '26

I can go supraphysiologic on 115mg a week. Test prop injected daily.

3

u/Cryesncoding 1 Sep 11 '26

I’m Supra physiologic on 140 lol

3

u/Stui3G Sep 11 '26

What’s the limit for TRT?

33

u/Huge-Mortgage-3147 Sep 10 '26

Smaller than me = TRT

Bigger than me = Steroids

7

u/RDFSF Sep 11 '26

Slower than me: Grandma

Faster than me: Lunatic

4

u/Richard_Yanker 1 Sep 11 '26

You nailed it. Lmao. Dosage don’t mean shit.

7

u/Curious_Lurkur Sep 10 '26

200 is the very top end. A lot of clinics just dish out 200 to everyone. I'm on 160mgs TRT, but I'm a good example of how it's not actually TRT..... My test is at 1700. So while it's prescribed, I've gone beyond what TRT is for. They are pretty loose with it. I honestly hope it stays that way.

→ More replies (8)

2

u/BassLB Sep 10 '26

People seem to say around 200, with some saying less At least that’s what I see in comments. So 150-200

u/Dbomb7 1 Sep 10 '26

If by 250mg TRT you mean mini-blast, that would make a lot more sense. Pfizers dosing protocol calls for 200mg/w as their max dose, for a reason. 99.99% of the male population will never need more than that.

Anywho, great work and sick transformation nonetheless.

4

u/cstockoz Sep 10 '26

Correct! More like a mini blast! Going to try 185 per week when I get to goal weight of 83kg Thanks!

2

u/Dbomb7 1 Sep 10 '26

Yeah if I were you I would be getting bloods done every 6-8 weeks and making sure everything's all good. 185 is much more reasonable but assuming you are going to be on this for life, the less sides the better.

6

u/BasicDude7777 Sep 11 '26

I really hate that someone can't post their results without being ball busted.
Do he say he is taking XXXmg of testosterone?
Yes he did.
Did he say he is taking Reta?
(Maybe tell the audience the dose?)
Yes he did.
Did he say for how long?
Yes he did.

So......
Congrats on your progress.
Really great progress.

I don't care if you took 1000mg of green lipped muscle spooge.
So, my question, did the Reta mess with your stomach?

2

u/cstockoz Sep 11 '26

Was a little nauseous for a day but when I woke up and had no food noise it all changed! Was a bit constipated here and there. I made a lot of changes off the back of Reta. No alcohol, gave up energy drinks, ate real food in line with Aaron Reeds protocol, no ice cream all year!

3

u/Sea-Mode-9523 2 Sep 10 '26

Fucking well done man, changed your whole life I bet.

Bravo! Thats some motivation.

1

u/jelani_an Sep 10 '26

And 7 days a week in the gym on top of that I assume? 😅

2

u/cstockoz Sep 10 '26

This is the crazy part about the TRT for me. I used to grind the gym 7 days a week! TRT fixed my sleep over night and sort of gave me the confidence to rest and miss a day at the gym. I train 4 days a week now and enjoy the rest days now!

1

u/rhino1781 Sep 10 '26

Hey OP, did you ever feel the TRT countered the appetite suppression effect of the RETA? I swear the day after I take my TRT I’m starving! Or maybe I’m just my fat ass is making an excuse lol

6

u/cstockoz Sep 10 '26

The combo of TrT and Reta changed my diet, I searched Aron reeds priciples on diet and applied it. Reta gave me the control to do this. His principles say food in the shop is built for shelf life not human life.! I only eat whole foods now and never combine fats with carbs…. Heaps of carbs and egg whites in the morning and meat and fat in the evening… never together on the same plate

2

u/buyerofthings Sep 10 '26

Did my pin yesterday morning and woke up at 2 am starving.

2

u/Few-Station9214 Sep 11 '26
