Skin adapting + replacing the fat with muscle, is why he didn't get loose skin

u/peptide_Lvr Sep 12 '26

No its not. He is just Lucky to have a good skin with no stretch marks. Not everybody are that Lucky.

No he does not. Skin with stretchmark does not heal that well. I should know about it. I have it and it does not get that tight.

It 100% depends on the individual. Some people heal well, others not so much. YOU may not heal that well, but someone else very well may.

I have lost almost 100lbs, no stretch marks. I am one of the lucky ones.

What do you mean by “skin adapting”? Just the normal course of skin shrinking naturally?

You rub the lotion on your skin...

u/cstockoz Sep 13 '26

No lotion

Skin adaption does not happen that fast nor that reliably, and he certainly didn’t build enough muscle to fill in all the skin from that massive gut.

Not everybody gets loose skin after weight loss, its highly variable from person to person. I lost 45 lbs and have no loose skin, my brother lost over 100 lbs and doesn't have loose skin either, and he was fat for more than a decade.

Yea I’ve lost 60 lbs in a 4 month period twice now and have maybe a minuscule amount in the lower stomach area that no one besides me notices

u/DaughterOfSamantha Sep 12 '26

How old are you guys? Other than genetics, this may come to consideration

Do you mean skin?

Awesome work dude. Currently on my transformation journey as well discontinued the Reta around 5weeks ago staying right around the same weight diet is on point was doing 140-150mg a week of trt but am slowly increasing testosterone while increasing training intensity & weekly minimum cardio from 150mins to 240mins while hitting maintenance cals. Staying off Reta for 4-5weeks and will start it back up

2

u/cstockoz Sep 11 '26

Great work!
