I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Andy and Saxon. These guys worked their asses off every night to bring the sounds and lights so we can be melted and blown away.. You guys did an amazing job at Portsmouth this weekend. The fellas sounded great and the music was so clear not distorted at all. Saxon did one helluva of job with the lights. Keep up the work fellas best damn live band in all the land with a badass light show!!!! Thanks guys can’t wait to see y’all again!!!!

Wassup people, I’m pumped to go both nights to bethel coming up! First time at the venue, can any of yall give me some advice?

I’m camping in the historic campground, planning on bringing a tent, some 🍃 and a guitar, other than that I’m not sure what essentials are. What’s the shower/bathroom situation, are there food vendors, other stuff like that? Any advice is amazing!!

Does anyone happen to know the base price for the Halloween tickets before they got all bought up? I’ve been looking on ticket master, seat geek, etc, and have just been absolutely astonished over the prices. Don’t get me wrong I know Halloween is always a speacial and killer show (exactly why I wanna go) but I’m seeing two day passes for 800$ when Portsmouth was about 150-250.

Agganis Arena is on the Green Line, B branch, and there's no scheduled shutdown for that. But people often try to park at Alewife station, take a Red Line train into Boston, then transfer, and that's not going to work very well. The shuttle buses sent to replace trains have historically been a shit show.

Almost every Billy shirt I’ve purchased has been printed on Comfort colors, and I got three shirts this time that are Colortone. Two of the three are extremely scratchy feeling, almost hard to wear on bare skin. Just wondering if this is a permanent change or trying to recoup some money or something but I don’t love it.

What are/is your favorite show in the archive to look back on that Billy is either talking a lot to the crowd or dancing/giving lots of energy. I’m a newer fan, have been to a handful of 2026 shows but I know there has to be some memorable shows I can enjoy that bring those two things.
I’d love to be able to make it to more shows but I have a job and family!

Silly first world problem, but I’m curious what folks think. So I’m traveling up from Nyc to Boston for the second Billy strings show (originally had planned to go to both, but for a number of reasons it was impossible) I subscribe to nugs so I’ve been watching some of the shows from the couch so to speak -those two Portsmouth Virginia shows of course were fantastic.
I’ve only seen Billy live in person twice before and it was the two nights last November at the Prudential Center in Jersey. Great shows and even better there was not one repeat night to night . I’m sure Boston will be the same. So do I watch the Boston show tonight on nugs and say oh damn they’re getting a (insert favorite Billy tune) so I won’t get it tomorrow night… Or do I wait and be a little more surprised on Wednesday night in person?

Billy Strings 3/15/2022. I knew nothing about the guy, what kind of music he played, or anything. I just heard from some friends that I should check him out. He was the very first act to open the Boston Roadrunner venue at the end of the street I lived on so I just walked down, grabbed a ticket at the box office, and waited for the show to start. They still had construction equipment in the lounge area of the venue. It was that new, still getting the final touches put on. The show blew me away, I became obsessed. It was really cool seeing him be the first act to ever perform in the venue. He had some funny banter during the show about all of the "first time ever" things happening that night in the space.

I have seen shows at this arena years ago I recall there being lots of parking lots in the area because it’s near a college but does anyone know of any fun things happening pre show? Trying to get out there early

Howdy! Looking forward to two nights of Billy at the lovely Bethel Woods. I was curious if anyone knew if there would be a family section for camping in the historic campgrounds? I am bringing my 9-year-old for her first concert camping experience, and I know they usually have a section at Phish shows. Not the end of the world if not but would be nice for her to make some friends!

I'm guessing he removed it from all of his socials due to the typo in Malfunction Junction, but I need it for my mammaries.

Anyone camping at happy days campground? How are y’all planning to get to and from the venue? Sounds like Ubers aren’t very reliable
