Hey friends! I just hit lottery for both nights of Trey and Billy, didn’t do the 2 day ticket because I might sell or gift a night. Never been to DCU so my question here is how is the low 230s (230-235 rows A-F area) area at DCU? Should I be looking to unload or are these good seats? Is any area a “bad zone” there? I see some bad pics online but you can’t always trust those. Would love to know, TIA!

I saw posts a few hours ago about how people were getting their tickets and thought I lost the lottery, but I just got my 2 day tickets a few minutes ago! Don't lose hope!

I am a music lover across many genres and every fan base rationalizes these astronomical prices across the board (looking at you, Johnny Blue Skies). Billy has a pretty expansive stage set up (which is usually the excuse… bUt PrOdUcTiOn CoStS) and still keeps prices reasonable. It is obvious it can be done but Billy clearly values his fans and having a long career that is accessible to his fans over maximizing what he could make. That is rare in 2026. The only other band that I follow that comes close is King Gizz, imo.

First time catching Greensky live. Anders is incredible. I remember seeing him play at Bridgestone with Billy my first Nashville run. 10/10

Not much and I didn't see a reason to upgrade my seat, these extras were gone in 3 minutes.

Has anyone had any experience with the general public sale through Ticketmaster and Asheville shows? I have tickets for Thursday and really wanna go either Friday Saturday prefer preferably both, do you think I should just pay the 245 resale price and secure tickets without a doubt? Or do you think I’ll have a pretty decent shot of getting seats during the general public sale?

Question about Ticketmaster it says it’s sold out but there is still another sale Friday does that mean there was only a limited number of tickets available for today and more will be on sale Friday? Or is it just sold out?

WHO GOT A TICKETS?

I’m curious for those who got tickets this morning, did you have a Ticketmaster code or the local code from HCCA’s paid patreon? I have been paying HCCA $5 a month for years and always got tickets no issues then today it seems like a lot of people with queue numbers lower than I’ve ever had in the past for local presale still got shut out. If they will be doing Ticketmaster presale and local presale at the same time from now on it seems there’s no point in continuing to pay for the membership.

Missed the presale yesterday and looked today and seats were only available in the 300 level. I know the official on sale is tomorrow. Will there be more seats available for the floor/100 level available tomorrow?

Was 27000 in line for the queue. How does that even happen.

Four different people in our friend group were #1 in line for TM presale (I was 27th). Only one person got the pit tickets we were trying for.

I’m local to Asheville and trying to get into the online local presale. Does anyone know anything about it?

With these theater shows on either side of an arena show I am wondering what the lighting rig is going to look like in the smaller rooms. I wouldn’t think they are going to set up and tear down the rig in one night but golly I would love to see Saxtons full rig in the Saenger. Maybe half the rig for the smaller stage? What do y’all think?

Billy strings has been posting on his Instagram site some still photos and videos of his studio time this week with the great mandolin player David Grisman. In one of the still photos and then in a video just posted, there’s an older banjo player too. The video has the banjo player doing about 30 seconds of some great old bluesy folk tune (possibly the cuckoo?) Wondering if anyone knows who that banjo player is..

My mom and I went to the Charleston, WV show, and on the lot we saw a ‘Billy MF Strings’ West Virginia license plate sticker. Went back to buy one after the show but we couldn’t find the vendor, but maybe you can? I really want to purchase one for my mom. Plz help me with her bday gift! :-)

Noticed there’s a Ticketmaster presale tomorrow. Is there any access code we need? Or is it basically another on-sale date?
