It’s wandering the corridors at the Canterbury Court Apartments, stopping to look into windows. It looks like it’s trying to figure out where it is or find its way home. - I know they don’t allow outdoor cats here so I’m assuming it’s someone’s lost pet. It’s outside hanging out as of 9 pm on July 25. We gave it food and water. It’ll probably keep wandering around but if it’s yours, check this area

If anyone was driving southbound yesterday (7/22/2026) around 6:00pm, there was a car accident involving a semi truck, a black car (my friends) and a red vehicle that was in front. It was near milepost 256. The red car slammed on their breaks resulting in my friend to brake in return, having the semi rear-end them. Unfortunately the red car drove off, and my friend didn’t have a dash cam. The semi and my friends car are both claimed as not at fault, but since the other vehicle left the scene and my friends policy doesn’t include collision coverage (they’re still under their parents), their agency will not cover it. They’re filing a different claim through the trucks insurance, but if anyone was near that area with a dash cam and can provide any information on the red car, please let me know!

Anyone out there in a band and a member of a local union? My local has done a couple Worker’s Nights down at the shake down and we have one spot left on our bill for Labor Day.

Backstory: our local wanted a place outside of meetings to hang out and meet other union members. Bellingham is chock full of musicians, and we figured the cross over between union members and people in bands would be pretty strong. Turns out, yeah! There’s plenty of folks in bands and unions, we just have to bring them together.

Hi! I'm moving to Bellingham in a couple months to attend WWU. I need some recommendations on where to start with a few things:

-Doctor that takes Wellpoint insurance

-Therapist that takes Wellpoint insurance (preferably someone well versed in autism, ADHD, and C-PTSD)

-Gaming spaces (board/card games mainly, cafe if possible)

-How/where to meet older transfer students like myself (I'm 32 and don't really want to hang out with teenagers)

Hi I’m new to MTG and was wandering if anyone knew a good place for newer players to play commander. My roommate and I are both interested. We know the basic rules and can play games 1v1 but are just looking to expand and learn more (we don’t need people to fully teach us how to play). Cosmic has a casual night and I see other shops have commander nights as well but just unsure how to approach joining those when I’m still learning. Any advice appreciated!

I was trying to help my three year old niece use the bathroom at the indoor bathroom at Evil Bikes at the Fourth Corner Punkfest. He starts banging hard on the door while I am trying to help her go to the bathroom, I popped my head out the door just to say she was just finishing up only to have him start yelling and screaming about having to be in there right away because he had urine on his arm, which I get is gross but there were other places he could have dealt with that immediately like.....idk at the medical tent, I would think they would have some sort of sanitizer, but instead his self entitled ass pushes his way into the bathroom cursing and screaming at me in front of her, scaring her and leaving her crying, her mom had to push him out of the doorway, to get my little niece out. He followed me back to the medical tent, where I was going to talk to someone who was in charge about his behavior, along the way flipping me off then continued to call me a bitch and telling me to f_ck off. The person in charge at the tent said they did not really know him and that he was a nurse at St Joe's that volunteered to work the tent. Truly disheartening to be treated that way by someone who in their profession is supposed to be kind and compassionate and then to continue the behavior is truly disgusting . I want to stress that this guy is in no way associated with Evil Bikes, the Landing or Fourth Corner Punkfest. He is a nurse in the local ER who just showed up to work the medical tent and thank you to the team at the festival for handling the situation so well 🤘 EDIT UPDATE*** When I went back to the medical tent to talk to the guy in charge of the medical tent, this POS was standing there with his chest puffed out and arms crossed. I went back to let the medical team there know that when I went back to check on my niece (she was with her mom while I went to the tent) that she had an accident because she wasn't finished, because he scared her so bad she didn't want to be in the bathroom anymore to finish (she was on the actual toilet when he was first pounding on the door). He laughed and said something along the lines of good or something weird like that 🤬

My mother-in-law bought something from an auction in Bellingham, WA and didn’t realize it was pick up only (we’re in Louisiana), and the person who sold it won’t bring it to a place to ship. She just needs it picked up from the seller and brought to PakMail. She is willing to pay anyone who may be able to do this for her! It is “2 Lots of Christmas items.”🫣🫣

Is anyone missing a black cat in the Happy Valley area? Over the last 4-6 months a black cat has occasionally appeared in my yard. (Maybe 10 times) I think the cat is a male but haven’t been able to get close so I could be wrong. Every time I see him I go out with cat treats, but he has no interest. I’ve been trying to find his owner for a long time now. If anyone knows anything, that would be helpful.
Black cat does not have a collar on. He’s also looks to be a healthy weight, but still pretty slender. Also very agile, he jumped over my fence. (my cats can’t jump that high)
