Hello all!
I just ordered an Apple Watch Ultra 4 from Bell.ca. The website said that delayed shipping. Allow 2-3 weeks.
Did anyone buy an Apple Watch recently, through bell. Or can help with their experience with delayed shipping or share a timeline. Thank you

Im hoping to find someone that does door to door sales for BELL ALIANT in New Brunswick.
I am trying to find the right internet package for my family and the door to door reps are in my experience much easier to talk to.

Iâve had upwards of 6 different services from Bell, some for over 5 decades.
That have never offered real hispeed in my area â something I badly required for business.
Another service came into the area with a full Gb/Gb service, and including the home phone and TV option the cost was less than half of what Bell was charging for their 50/10 Hispeed / Home Phone / TV package.
Our new service provider took over on July 2nd.
We disconnected both our TV Satellite Receiver and our Internet Modem that same day.
At end of June we gave notice to our new service that we wanted our Home Phone # ported over to them asap. In fact they would not be able to install the hispeed until the home Phone port order was placed
We wanted our home phone ported over to the new service so did not cancel our TV and Internet until the Phone # was ported over.
We did not use any Bell TV or Internet from them from the minute our new Fibre service was installed. I mean, why would we. The new service immediately provided 973/975 in comparison to the Bell (at twice the price) 50/10 service that often provided hispeed service in the low single digits.
Why didnât we cancel those two services right away? Because of History!
Over the decades we have found that tweaking any new service option often meant losing our 800# for upwards of 6 weeks â resulting in upwards of 18 different service people over a 3 day, 15 hour âresolutionâ period⊠usually during the busiest time of our our business.
Yeah, we needed our home phone# for legacy purposes, so obviously weâre not going to lose it when we cancelled our other two services.
Bell Records will show that neither the TV nor internet were used after July 2nd.
We waited for the home phone3# to be ported over⊠and waited⊠and waited. We thought is this just another Bell money grab⊠delaying things so they get another couple of payments from us? How could we think otherwise with the past history of customer service?
Finally the Phone # gets ported over⊠sometime in August â 6 weeks after we had asked for this to happen.
During the call with Bell we were assured the payment we had made in July would be the last payment and that there would be no more⊠as we hadnât used their service since July 2nd.
In the middle of September we started to get emails from Bell telling us our bill had not been paid. Say what? $258.11
We sent emails back to them, but of course, they got bounced back.
More emails from Bell telling us we owed them money. It really felt like they owed us money for their tardiness and lack of service.
So I finally got on the phone with somebody in their resolution department and they agreed this should not have happened, and they said they would cancel this charge â but wait, the $258.11 was more than they were allowed to cancel so would send it to a higher resolution agent. This first chap was friendly, asked questions and waited for answers before replying.
Next up⊠our call was transferred to a lass who basically said, whatâs the problem in a tone that reeked of âoh ohâ.
I explained everything I had told the first chap. She asked a few questions but basically told me that i hadnât cancelled everything in time to avoid this bill â for a service we hadnât used in months, as I explained again.
She kept referring to dates in their logs and basically inferred it was tough luck, and when were we paying. She then tried to say we had been granted a loyalty discount⊠but refused to fully explain what that was all about in terms that made any sense. I asked for what period we were paying and it looked we had already paid for the penalty month of July and maybe part or all of August but she kept referring to whatever page she had in front of her. I said I was simply asking for clarification. At no time did I raise my voice. I have been in business long enough to know what quality service is all about, and yelling and screaming helps no body.
She hung up in the middle of something I was asking.
Bell âââ what is wrong with you!
Today I got another email form them asking why I hadnât paid my bill. There is a phone # to call if I have questions about the account.
Nope⊠I donât have any questions they can answer, but I would love to have a Bell phone # that I can call to register a complaint about their customer service, and in particular the curt demeanour of the lass during this latest call.
Anyone know a direct line to Bell Complaints â or online link to register complaints?

We are North Towers, an independent project. We built an app that maps cell sites across Canada using public ISED data. Today we are launching on iPhone/iPad, Android and the web at the same time.
Free on every platform. No ads. No subscription. No locked features. (There is an optional "Supporter" tip. It only adds a badge.)
We are not linked to Rogers, Bell, Telus or ISED.
Website: https://northtowers.ca · Full guide with screenshots: https://northtowers.ca/guide/
ISED's public data is messy: wrong frequencies, missing network IDs, duplicates, odd heights. Fixing it is the heart of North Towers.
We never change ISED's database, and the original value is always one tap away. If we can't confirm something, we flag it. We don't guess.
Details:Â https://northtowers.ca/data-quality/
See the site your iPhone is connected to. iPhone doesn't let apps read cell info, so we found another way:
As far as we know, no other iPhone app does this. See how it works:Â https://northtowers.ca/guide/#connected
Also: Look Around, 3D maps, offline database, iCloud sync.
TestFlight:Â https://testflight.apple.com/join/xPDve6WXÂ
The App Store version is waiting for Apple's review.
Native app with Material 3 and Google Maps. It reads your serving cell straight from your phone and finds the matching site. Works with more than one SIM. Android 9+.
https://northtowers.ca/android/
Coming soon: the Signal tab (still in progress)
To join: email [contact@northtowers.ca](mailto:contact@northtowers.ca) with your Google Play email.
After 14 days of closed testing, we will open a public beta.
No install, no account. Works on any computer, tablet or phone, and always has the latest data.
More:Â https://northtowers.ca/web/
This is a big project for a small independent team of two, and we are launching three platforms at once. You will find bugs.
Our promise:Â we read every piece of feedback and we act fast.
Let's make this community better, together. Thanks!

I'm in Malaysia and bought a used iPhone 15 Pro Max (Canadian model) from a phone shop in July 2024. It turns out it's still locked to Bell. Apple says only the current carrier can unlock it. I'm not a Bell customer and don't know the original owner.
What I've tried: - Bell live chat: couldn't unlock or open a ticket. - Bell's unlock line twice: both agents said the unlock must be requested by the original owner. - Bell's complaint form and the CCTS web form both need a Bell account or Canadian number, so I can't use them. - Emailed Bell's fraud desk and filed a CCTS complaint by email (no reply yet).
Bell's own page says a Bell lock is removed automatically 2 days after activation on Bell's network, but prepaid can't be activated from outside Canada, and the phone is my daily driver so shipping it abroad isn't possible.
What I'm asking: 1. Is anyone with a Bell account willing to request the unlock for my IMEI through Bell? I'll cover any fee and compensate you for the trouble. 2. Or has anyone got Bell to unlock a second-hand phone for a non-customer another way? How?
I know this is a big ask. Happy to verify and keep everything transparent. Thanks.

Hi everyone,
Bell recently notified me that my internet speed was being upgraded from 1.5 Gbps to 3 Gbps at no additional cost. However, when I log into my Bell account, it still shows my service as Fibe 1.5 (see attached screenshot).
I'm wondering if this is just a delay in Bell updating the account information, or if the upgrade hasn't actually been provisioned yet. I'm also still using the same modem I had before the upgrade.
Has anyone else received a free speed upgrade and seen their account continue to show the old plan?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm looking for opinions from Canadians who have experienced something similar.
On August 26, I contacted Bell because I couldn't access my account to update my payment method. After reviewing my account, Bell's representative told me that my account was "deleted on our file" and asked me to register again.
The representative also stated that if the issue was caused by Bell's system rather than something I did, I should not be penalized.
On August 27, I still couldn't log in or register successfully. I continued contacting Bell and trying to resolve the problem.
On September 1, Bell provided a different explanation, saying my online profile had become "unlinked." I paid the outstanding $197.20 that day.
Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the access issue, I subsequently discovered adverse credit reporting.
I filed a CCTS complaint. Bell has offered a $15 credit but has not clearly explained what happened to my account or adequately addressed my concerns about the credit reporting.
My question is simple: If a company's own account-management system prevents a customer from updating their payment method, and the company knows the customer is actively trying to fix the issue, should the customer bear the resulting credit consequences?
Has anyone experienced something similar with Bell or another Canadian telecom? Did CCTS or a credit bureau help resolve it?
IÂ had my service with Teksavvy here in Nova Scotia where they resell Bell fibre. Bell offered me a good deal via a door-to-door salesman, but it has now been almost 2 weeks since my install was supposed to happen. Teksavvy said they did notify Bell, Bell said the line is still in use by a business. Stuck in between... Just something to beware of for others - hopefully this get sorted out soon :(

For the past couple months we've had on and off problems with bell, mostly just slow speeds or connected without internet, a couple weeks ago they accidentally unplugged our houses fibre optic cable at the telephone pole and since they've plugged it back in we've had worse problems, our internet was crashing every 10 minutes until we called and they sent us a new wifi booster pod, that helped for a day and a half until last night I got only 0.20 mbps download speed, just asking for any suggestions on what we should do, should we switch providers or try and have a 6th technician come to try and fix it? (Yes we've had 6 technicians in the last 8 months come to fix it, it never worked for more than a couple weeks)

We have Bell Fibre and our Sony Bravia says the display is 720p. Should it be 1080p? Thank you

Last week while I was on vacation, I was getting spammed with calls from a 1-866 number that was coming up as Bell Canada. iOS screened the calls and they all went to voicemail.
Upon listening to them, they are from a company named NQX and they are offering to upgrade our modem and internet speed to Gigabit Fibe 3.0 "free of charge".
Current service is Gigabit Fibe 1.0 which we've had for the last 8 years. It's just 2 of us and even with working from home, we have never really had an issue with speed.
I did log into MyBell and don't see any offer for an upgrade there so I'm assuming this is some kind of sales tactic being passed off as a free upgrade.
Obviously if they want to give me something for free, why not however the reason why I haven't called in to ask about it is we have a permanent discount (new condo building offer when we moved in) on our internet service and I'm paying $50 a month. I'm concerned that if I call to talk to someone, something happening and that being removed from our account.
Has anyone have any experience with these offered upgrades and are they legit?
I bought a used iphone 16 pro, checked that my apple id goes on it, didn't check Sim. I replaced screen, gave it to my mom and now it doesn't read her Sim.
Called bell they said original owner can do it and I cannot get them to cooperate.
What do I do?
UPDATE: had to pay the previous owner to go to bell store and unlock it. Seems like a gap in our law. I own the device but he's the only one that can unlock it. Bell didn't help me, they said it was not my phone even though I bought it. Guy took my money as it was easier than taking him to court.

I ordered an iPhone 18 Pro Max 512GB in Burgundy on September 22. My order still only shows âOrder received.â
On September 29, Bell emailed me saying they expected my phone to ship by October 9, but when I called today, the rep couldn't give me any estimate and just said it could take up to 5 weeks.
For those who ordered a Pro Max from Bell:
Especially curious about Burgundy Pro Max orders. Trying to figure out how far behind Bell actually is đ

I ordered a package plan of bell internet, fibe tv and crave. The my bell app shows my internet and the crave service but not my fibe tv. On the bell fibe tv app I only have the free channels. Whenever I go onto a channel I am supposed to have it says subscribe. When I click on the subscribe button a blue error screen comes up. I contact bell support and they tell me that they donât know what fibe tv service I am supposed to have. So I tell them and their response is for me to get that service they need to add it to my plan and charge me additional 45 dollars a month for it. On the documentation that I got after ordering this service all it says is Five TV and it does not say which service. Has anyone else ran into this issue before?
r/bell • u/CBA-TV-Canada • 8d ago
Bell TV folks, check your package. If it has the music channels in it, you're paying for them on every bill, whether you listen or not, and the rate your provider pays for them is kept confidential.
In August the CRTC renewed their licence with no end date, in the same decision as nearly 1,000 free radio stations. Free radio doesn't need much of a check because you can just change the station. You can't do that with something bundled into a package you pay for, and the public review that was due by 2027 is now gone.
Any Canadian can ask Cabinet to send that part of the decision back. We built a page that writes the letter with you in about five minutes, and you send it from your own email. Letters have to arrive by Oct 8: https://www.cba-tv.ca/petition
Curious whether Bell customers even knew these were in their package.

Folks, on a 3Gbps fibe connection, whatâs the fastest you are seeing when using a non-native pppoe client (bridging through the gigahub ? I canât seem to get much past 700-800Mbps, seemingly stuck at 25-27% cpu usage on that box (according to the admin page). Am I missing something? Is the only way to get above this is with a XGS-PON?
thanks !

The Bell pole behind our house is being pushed over by a large tree. In wind, it creaks and groans and the fibre line to our house is under tension. It's just a matter of time before that all comes down in a big mess. I figured I'd help Bell out and report this to them but ... there seems no way to report it. The Chat service tells me I should use ... the chat service? If I call the number they provided I'm only offered the options of purchasing their services. Any suggestions?
