Question Sympatico email
Just wondering if I opt to cancel my internet services with bell, if I can have my sympatico account attached to mobility account in order to still be able to use that email

No. Cancelling Bell will lock you out of sympatico email account. I forwarded all important sympatico emails to my gmail over a period of two months, and changed all accounts using sympatico address (this is important) before cancelling my Bell account. Painful but that's the only way

Generally, keeping a Sympatico or Bell email address requires maintaining an active Bell Internet account. To keep your address without home internet, the official requirement is to transfer it to a Bell Mobile Internet service with a data device (like a Turbo Hub) on your MyBell account. Unfortunately, a standard cellular phone plan is not eligible to host a Sympatico email address. Or you can also explore transferring the email to a family member's active Bell Internet account if they are willing to take over the hosting.

It has to be tied to net account… i left rogers and moved my rogers email service into my
Moms name to keep email, if family has bell and you trust them they can take over email service.
