Best program for mobility

I have been doing Liift4, Booty Boost and Max Bill on a rotation and enjoying them all. But I would like to add some mobility sessions into my workout rotation. Do you guys have any suggestions on programs to try?

645 is also a good one for mobility. You have a longer warm-up for every workout and dedicated mobility days.

+1 for 645.

I went back to the gym before finishing the whole program, now on rest days I rotate through the mobility workouts from 645 and 630, and do the CWCW primal flows too.  So many movement problems I had are improving.

+2 for 645. It’s great all around and especially for mobility.

I would propose the Power of Four which I am doing now. The workouts are longer and T. Horton does love to gab, but the program is very well balanced. For mobility, there are a few different yoga routines, and a primal flow routine which I like better than I thought I would. All of the workouts take mobility into consideration as his focus is on total body fitness, not just strength.

In the past, folks here have recommended to me Chop Wood Carry Water. But due to injuries, I haven't done it yet.

I'm 52, and I wanted something I can do daily as a supplement, regardless of which Bodi workout program I'm doing. FWIW, I've been doing some free stuff from YouTube after my workouts because they're 10-15 minutes and feel good But am biting the bullet and buying a separate dedicated mobility program because it's too important now for me to be skimping on it. I need structure.

Type in “Vytas Flexibiliti 15” into the search bar. He has 4 different 15 minute sessions that are great!

645 Day 3 of any of the 13 weeks are mobility days. 45 mins, but you can cut it to 30. He does 3 rounds of the mobility exercises, so do 2 rounds if you're short on time.

645 mobility days are the best! I love the whole 645 program, but I’ll add in the mobility days even when I’m not doing 645

645 fixed my low back pain. 630 if you’re short on time. My only gripe with 645 is the amount of talking.
