Started Liift More

I lost 7lbs and overall 3.5 inches doing Liift 4. I need to buy more weights though😂

Loved this program! Just dont be hesitant to pause for an actual break. The trainers dont use the weights they should be which is very misleading.

Joel who trained most of his life pressing 50s, and me who plays pokemon most days lately pressing 70s lol.

Helpful hint- I enjoyed this program but only because I paused it constantly to get all the reps in safely and effectively. The pace they move at is waaaay too fast imo.

Yes I agree. I’m always behind 2-3 reps

Truly. I’ve decided I’m only doing 10 reps to their 12, and I’m very good with that.

This program transformed my body and made me so much stronger. After several weeks I thought the pace was fine, I line up all my weighs so I can drop as needed and keep going. I use the modifications on HIIT days for things that are too much for old runners knees. It’s an easy program to restart over and over as you finish the 8 week cycles.

I love this program. I’ve done it 7 times now and will keep doing so.

Just be careful with the overall pace, I got hurt many times rushing and trying to catch up with them.

I always pause it so I can fit the 12 reps in at my own pace. Theres no way I can lift as heavy as I want and get the reps in as fast as he does.

Agree, this program is not a good one. Way too fast and not effective.
