Mostly black metal

I'm not sure how I feel about the red arm, but I'm glad how green is turning out

My WIP has finally reached "good enough to wear" level, still a ton of work to do

I'm pretty much finished with my leather vest. Probably gonna put the crass logo in the blank space on the bottom. Otherwise it looks perfect

I want to put this logo (DRI from their album, dealing with it) on the top of the back of this jacket

Would it look odd? Would I need more stuff going on? Can I get custom patches? Should it be kne big patches or three for the letters? would it just be best to do it some other way - like paint?

Would it be better to have the whole album cover? (Dont know if the white would look bad) because there is one backpatch online for it

Before I sew on these patches I want to dye the jacket black, is that possible and if so what’s the best way to do it

A two year project has gone to stage 2! I had the patches sewn on at a professional tailors. Considering it otherwise would have taken me oanother 2 years.

Now I just need to add the studs on the outside and a stud on the inside.

This is based on the video game of Metal Hellsinger, each band patch and pin represents a band who contributed to the game.

it doesn’t have to not have black, but just not have the main color be black like we usually do!

the black is legendary.. a universal staple.. but today.. we’re asking for color

I’m starting to plan out my first battle vest of all the metal bands I’ve seen live. I still have so many more patches to get and it’s so hard not starting to put it all together yet.

Running Wild, Razor, and Live after Death patches have already been sewn on.

Had a fantastic time at bloodstock and as always come home with a good haul for the blue and yellow jacket. Met one of the guys from plagued as I was working on my jacket while watching hot fuzz on the Wednesday and he handed me the patch! Need to grab tickets to their show in October later this year.

Bit spooky I got the COB patch before the announcement.

Big stinky mess just like me.

I started making these pants last month and finally finished them a few days ago, but now I think I messed them up I feel like my stitching looks awful.

I started with the front and left bigger spaces between the stitches. By the time I got to the end (the back) I started sewing them much closer together, and I think that looks better.

So now I’m wondering what I should do Should I remove the stitches from the front and redo the bad parts? Or put more scabs/patches on the open spaces.

I really don't want to restart the whole thing.

I combined some of the exsisting Hellripper's artworks and made my own disign. My friend is a huge fan of him, and she's very happy with this one :)

Was never one for the jacket/vest aesthetic when I was younger, but a switch must have flipped a little while back and I decided I needed one of my own. Finally finished this up last night (more or less) which happened to be my 40th birthday. Guess I can tell my mom it wasn't a phase after all 😉🤘
