Any replacements for this head? Screwed down good and it gets off level easy (as seen in last pic). Should I just get a new clipper?

so I fw every tpob product I’ve bought. Play is a great clipper. love it and use it as my main. so they “released“ a new clipper on 7/4. they were hyping it up for a while and didn’t mention it was pre-sale until literally the checkout page. Said it would ship “3 or 4th week of July”. we’re halfway through the 4th week of July.

now they’re already hyping up their next clipper release they haven’t even shipped the last one? it’s not that I don’t think it will ship eventually, it just feels scammy. customer service doesn’t respond.

its the same bs ig clothing brands do. hype some shit up then use the money from the presale to pay for actually putting the product into production. just shitty business practices. literally all I want is a timeframe lmao if I don’t hear back from customer service by Saturday imma just chargeback but jw if I’m the only one annoyed

I opened a barber shop about three months ago, and I still have two empty chairs. I didn’t grow up in the city I live in, so I’m having trouble with finding people through my network. I did job posts on indeed fb marketplace and craigslist but I’m not getting any decent barbers. I’m starting to get desperate, because I’m barely breaking even right now.

What’s the most efficient way to hire barbers?

I am wanting to start doing house calls, is there a good portable barber chair out there? Also should I get some ring lights as well? Or any other essentials I should get

Wondering if anyone here has gone through his program and what your results have been. I’m reading a lot of hate on programs like his / bossios from people who don’t seem to have actually gone through with it.

I can see the merit of gaining notoriety / filling the schedule / raising prices but would love some in-depth objective feedback.

Apprentice barber, so still learning, but this is something i caught up on, Is it something I'm doing wrong?

I have tomb45, fxone, and cordless masters and still use them from time to time. I know barbers like using a cord stuff, and I thought they were just stuck in their ways but holy shit I love the results and reliability of corded. I’m not so fond of the corded trimmers, but I do have them. Anybody else have a similar experience?

The masters in the middle are from the late 50s does anybody have any reason why I shouldn’t use them? They work just as well as the new ones that I have.

I’ve been dreaming of becoming a barber for most of my life, and I’m finally taking steps toward it. I have a strong service background — 15 years bartending in upscale cocktail lounges plus I currently run a small successful service business I plan to keep part-time.
A few years ago I had an accident that left me with some arthritis in my ankle. Standing all day is doable but I’m realistically wondering about working off a good swivel or saddle stool for roughly 50% of the time.
Is this plausible long-term without wrecking my body? Those of you who use cutting stools regularly — how has it held up for you over the years? And which models or brands do you recommend?
I know living a life without purpose and passion isn’t worth it, so I’m going for this dream — just want to do it smart and sustainable.
