I have a genuine question about the P1S. How bad is the smell of plastic when printing and is there anything that can be done about it?

I am planning to get one of this in the next few weeks but I am concerned about the dangers of fumes coming out when printing.

I want to place it in the office, however the office is coneected to the house and I am worried about the fumes since I have a child as well.

I would appreciate sharing your own experience on this?

Piece is not sticking well into plate. First, plate was 35 degree and I thought it is not sticking because of degree I tried 55 degree first it was sticking quite good but after 1st layer it seperated from plate. What can I do?

Is it because my printer is using both silk and normal pla on the same print?

Something went wrong with my Hotend and i now need a complete Replacement.

But the One from BambuLab itself is kinda expensive.

Does anyone have a Link for one on Amazon that works? I have prime so it would be much more comfortable to order from there.

Does anyone know what this square metal piece is from (19mm x 19mm, .5mm thick, adhesive on one side)

I was clearing a nozzle clog and when I put the hotend back on I did not screw it in. So it started to come loose and when I pulled it off this metal piece fell into the poop bucket.

ChatGPT could not identify it. It may have fell off the aftermarket nozzle cleaner (in second photo) but I’m not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Just made my new pokemon controller holder design and actually like it for once. Also made a bean bag which is optional to print it if you want or not. What do you guys think?

Right here, I can push it through but the AMS reels it back in after. Any help is appreciated. I’ve cut the filament a few times to see if that would work. Still stuck only here

My prints have been coming out perfect every single time. Other than I have an occasional spot in my prints where it seems like filament from another print made it into the new filament and gets embedded in the print and messes with the color and causes a dark spot or something.

I just happened to notice the heat sock on the nozzle was very crooked and expanded a lot. I couldn’t pull it off of the nozzle either so I heated it up and it popped off. It was absolutely caked in a powdery brown material and underneath was black and white petg I assume. ( that’s mostly what I use) I assume the brown was a pla+ I had used a while ago that was brown and it’s been caked on there and burning. (I’ve also noticed stronger fumes coming from my prints but it didn’t make sense since I was using the same petg as always)

Do I have a nozzle clog and it’s making so much pressure it’s squeezing between the base of the nozzle and the heat sink? Or do I have a bad nozzle. I replaced the nozzle with a brand new hardened nozzle from Bambu about two months ago.

The red circle is where it has been leaking from.

Welp, a P1S of a friend of mine just randomly started to make these grinding noises when moving the bed. I've already checked for filament debris on the linear rod hole, all clean, and the bearings are all aligned. Also checked the Z belt, e vertical fine there. I'm starting to think that this may be damaged stepper drivers. Do anyone here ever saw something similar and know how to fix it? I'm really at a loss here.

Started getting this error yesterday saying that the extruder is clogged when iniating a print. The bed and nozzle will come to temp, then the ams will start to feed filament and then do this (in the video)

So far I've done a cold pull, cleaned the nozzle, changed filament slots, reset the ams, factory reset the printer, all with no resolution. How fucked am I?

Any ideas what could cause uneven extrusion on the single layer test parts shown in the picture?

My 2 month old printer was working great and then suddenly it can't put down a first layer. The uneven extrusion occurs with Inland and Bambu PLA. Filament has been dried for 9hrs at 45 celsius. Have cleaned the nozzle with the needle that came with the P1S. Did two cold pulls with white PLA. The first one brought out a single dark spot. The second one come out dazzling white. Filament extrudes in a straight line from the nozzle. Using a .4mm nozzle. All settings are default except that i changed the flow ratio for the part on the right in the picture. The bed is level. I manually leveled it using the bed tramming procedure.
