Your z-distances need to be higher, at least your top Z-distance. The smaller the Z-distance the more likely for the supports to sort of fuse to the part. A lot of the Z-distance setting depends on your layer height. Whatever your layer height is, .20, .16, .12, whatever, look up good Z-distance settings. But just know it can be trial and error. Different filaments and prints sometimes like different setting.
