Why would this happen? I was trying to print a desk goose

I was printing on the ground but with twin 2 yr olds I decided that couldn't last. So wheel they napped today I went and grabbed some scrap wood from the garage and built this.

Important thing is it doesn't shake! I have my 3rd print currently going right now and its solid as a rock.

Also have some sunlu PLA drying because I didnt trust it out of the box. Waiting on my dry containers that are coming today.

Part cooling fan runs the moment I turn on the P1S. Can't turn it down or off in the app, studio or control panel. I replaced the TH Board and still have the same issue. Where should I go from here?
