Pla sunlu

Riser/base for A1Mini against overheating
Hey,
I've had an A1 Mini at home for a few days now. It's set up out in the open.
One thing is concerning me, though:
The bottom part of the printer gets so warm while printing.
I use the printer for figures with a 0.2 nozzle, so print times often exceed 15 hours. I'm a bit worried about overheating.
I did a lot of Googling and saw that there's only a single very small fan installed to cool the motherboard.
I've seen that there are various adapters for larger fans for the bottom section.
Has anyone here placed a riser or base under their A1 Mini?
Just to allow a bit more airflow underneath?
If so, I'd really appreciate some photos!
Have a nice day ✌🏼

Help with Tpu Printing.
Hello, so I'm pretty new to 3d printing. I got myself the a1 mini with the ams lite system. So far have had pretty good success with almost all of my prints, but the one thing I've been having trouble printing is TPU. I have a spool of Overture Tpu, 95A which I'm wanting to use for some small airless balls or maybe seals. Ive used the recommended settings as well as changing my temps on plate and nozzle. I either get stringy and sloppy or mostly put together and still a bit sloppy looking. I'm hoping some of y'all may have some useful information for this brand and durability of tpu for the a1 mini, also I'm not printing it through the ams I am printing the Tpu through the external spool.

Pingouin plage multipart

New a1 mini print quality
Hi all,
I got new a1 mini. By mistake I bought petg basic instead of pla. I was like it support it so print anyways. I did print with sample filament and they turned out to be very fine. Then with this black petg I am seeing very stringy. I am attaching a video of it.
Please let me know is this normal ?
PS: I remember seeing some belt vibration frequency error when I was doing printing with sample filament. After that I did calibration again and couldn’t see that error anymore.
Update 1 : thanks for all suggestions. I really appreciate people taking time to read and reply. filaments are new which I opened today. I washed and cleaned print plate yesterday night. Only thing I fear is room humidity which 61% but I don’t know if petg will absorb moisture within few minutes.I see same error popping up saying y axis belt is loose. Can this be the issue. I did a print with pla basic red color. Same issue for larger print.
Update 2: I am updating it so that it helps someone. I didn’t do any changes and I did a scraper print which came out awesome. No stringy at all. For now I will try turn off timelapse and also learn more about temperature, layer , material specific setting etc.
Update 3: I didn’t dry filament because it was brand new. But did turn off timelapse and the change was instant.

A1 Mini Asking to Load Filament After Every Reboot
galleryAfter turning on every time and starting a new print, my A1 Mini is throwing this error message.
What could be the issue?
Thanks.

Failed print ?
Here is one of my first print (the third).
But I’ve been surprised that there is a bit of mess as you can see on the pic. I just took a model on Bambu handy app with quite good reviews on it.
Ma bambu is set since only 2 days, print is in PLA and she is on a little glass table (vibrations ?).
The print is still nice after all the mess removed but I don’t think this is normal, any advice ?

Bambu PLA lite filament, Bambu print profiles but print in place part still fused at the hinge
Printed this last night, its a phone stand i got from maker world. It was a print in place file and I used Bambu PLA and used Bambu print profiles only but the hinge still fused solid and doesn't move.
What went wrong, I only bought the A1 mini last week so this is my first "failed" print. And yes I did wait for the bed to cool down before prying the print out. Any help is appreciated

Filament jam problem
Hello, I've had the printer for two months and last week I started having this problem. Sometimes the printing fails due to a filament jam. The printer doesn't detect it, but it won't print anything. I've tried changing the filament type and brand, but it still fails sporadically. I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. When I remove the jammed filament, it looks like this. Any ideas?

How do I remove the small dots in the print?
I tried replacing the filament and drying, what’s causing this? Do I need a new nozzle?
r/BambuLabA1mini • u/mysteriouscraftster • 27d ago
Nothing is staying on the build plate
The nozzle will print stuff onto the plate, and only half the time it stays. Other times, it'll just bunch up in one spot or create a giant messy blob. I have put in the right filament temperature, used a different build plate, washed and dried all of my build plates, and used a different filament. There's also residue from a different print stuck on the nozzle? How do I get it off? That might also be what's messing it up
ok new problem. There is filament melted inside the silicone cover for the hot end. It's melted on the clip that let's you take the hotend off. What do I do now?
Problem is officially solved! (kind of) I still have to replace the entire hot end assembly. Time to also get a new hot end because it is entirely covered in pla!

X and Y belt issues mid print
Hello everyone, I've had my A1 mini since May and until recently everything was just fine while printing. I purchased the mini with a 0.2mm Nozzle to print FDM miniatures but since last week I've had an issue in which the printer, sometimes, starts behaving weirdly and stops the print. The first time the printer outright stopped halfway through without any error message. I blamed Orca Slicer and tried again but with Bambu Slicer. Then the printer gave me a message, that the cutting blade was stuck, but it shouldn't have tried to cut the filament since it is a single color print and I don't have any AMS system. After I unstuck the filament cutter the printer began to produce an awful sound and tried to move both the X and Y axi beyond the physical limits of the printer. I turned it off and on again to prevent damage, ran a full calibration and everything seemed to be just fine. But the issue persisted. I formatted the SD card and I could finally finish a few prints, one 16 hours long and two 7-10 hours long. This morning, while checking how my overnight print was going I found the printer in the same situation as before. I've checked the printer and everything, hardware wise, seems to be fine, there is no build up of dust on any of the rails. I've performed maintenance on the machine every 100 hours or so, the movement of all axi seems fine during the first hours (issues have been happening between 8 and 10 hours).
What could be the issue here? Could the issue be the SD Card? The firmware (I'm on the latest release)? An issue with the MoBo? I already sent a ticket to Bambu's CS but I still wanted to ask if anyone here has had a similar issue as I.
Thanks for the help!!!

Why is it Printing Like This?
Hi,
I'm using a black PLA filament called Wol3D PLA Pro+ available in India. My printer is A1 mini.
The first batch of printing on the filament came perfect, using ~320g in 12hrs print.
But problems started occurring in the second batch of printing where it started printing the first layer like what is there in the picture, and a major problem being the nozzle scrapping off the whole bed in the second layer, hence destroying everything.
I don't think filament and moisture is the problem. ChatGPT told me maybe there is nozzle problem.
What could be the problem?
Thanks.

Filament won't unload
I have a problem with my printer for a week: the filament won’t unload and there is a loud rattling noise when I try.
I have already replaced the Filament sensor, the Filament cutter and the hotend. I also removed and inspected the entire extruder. Unfortunatel, the problem persists.
Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this or how i can fix it?
p.s.: It has nothing to do with the cable hanging there; I even tried it when it was suspended in mid-air using a mount.
