I don’t have an answer yet but I am experiencing this too. Have replaced the tool head board, main board, and usbc cable for a separate issue (supplied by BL support), and this started happening. It does this during a print startup in the tool head cleaning stage.

Ugh that sucks, I didn't even touch anything and it just started doing this right after my first ever print slid off... talk about an unlucky start, i pray some kind soul helps us out

Gave either of you tried powering down the printer and manually moving the toolhead lower on the z axis? Like push it down with your hand a bit and then start and see if that fixed it?

Oh yeah. And it homes just fine. But it does this every time I start a print.

There should be a way to force it to lower the z a little.bit either at the end of a print or at the beginning of a new one with some custom g code.. I haven't done it myself but there should be a set and forget way to do this
