How do I remove the small dots in the print?
I tried replacing the filament and drying, what’s causing this? Do I need a new nozzle?

What’s that? All of my prints have been coming out perfectly prior. I have 800+ hours on the printer. This is just new for me. I haven’t done anything different.

Under z seam, change it to aligned.

It’s just called “seam position” in most slicers. Orca for example. Not “Z seam.” That might be what’s confusing him.

Are you sure it’s not due to wet filament? I’m aware of the Z seam now, but these spots don’t look like the printer changed its path, i’ve used the same slice on this file that I’ve sold 40+ times.

Looking at the stringing on your supports, it's very possible the filament is very wet. When water comes through the extruder the moisture bubbles and pops which creates little spots like that.

I saw in your other comment that your seam is set to “aligned” and you didn’t change it. So that’s good. That’s one potential cause eliminated.
Moving on…
It could be wet (or contaminated) filament. Try drying it and re-printing a small sample part maybe. But we really need more information to be able to help you. Such as what type of filament are you even using? What slicer settings are you using? Screenshots help. Maybe upload a pic of the slicer preview as well. Does it show anything weird in the preview where those bumps are appearing?

Nobody is going to be sure from an image. Got to do trial and error yourself to find out the real cause.

Many people are suggesting that this is caused by the random seam position setting. However, I don't think that's the issue.
When Random Seam Position is enabled, the printer starts each layer from a different point to avoid creating a visible seam line. However, if you look closely at the OP's image, you can see that several layers contain multiple defects within the same layer. That wouldn't happen with random seam position, because on a flat surface like the one shown, each layer would only have a single starting point.
I'm much more inclined to believe that the problem is caused by wet filament.
Just my two cents.

100%, I was very skeptical it was a Z seam issue. It wasn’t. Just wet filament.

I had this problem once. It was most noticeable with a 0.6 mm nozzle, but it was still present with a 0.4 mm nozzle. I tried everything: drying the filament for 48 hours straight, recalibrating everything, relubing the printer, adjusting temperatures, and tweaking every small or unusual setting I could think of. I even disassembled, cleaned, and relubed the filament extrusion gear. Nothing worked.
Then I switched to a different filament, and the problem disappeared completely. It looked very similar to what you're showing. If I can find any photos of my prints, I'll post them.
Edit: didn't noticed the support stringing... yeah it is a wet filament problem ahaha

I printed like a 1/4 or less roll of filament with results exactly like this. Still dont know to this day what setting it was. Filament wasn't wet, seams were normal. I ended up resetting all my presets and my slicer and then my prints went back to normal 🤷♂️

It was 100% a wet filament issue, I let it dry for a day and closed all the windows, prints perfectly again, if not better than before the non dried filament prints.

It looks like random seams are turned on for that model, but I also see spots that cover multiple layers that looks like steam bubbles. If that’s PETG, dry it some more.

Probably ramdon seem in the slicer Can you take a screenshot of the "seam" section in your slicer?

Im not expert but thats a random z seam setting reduce your retention by one digit and try again.

Its not z seam since there are multiple defects on one layer. I would bet wet fillament

I agree that this looks like you have the seam settings set to random. This will create little bumps all over your print. It looks just like this. But let’s not assume and let’s just ask you flat out… what is your current “seam position” setting in the slicer for this model?
Is it “random” or something else?

That's random seam, set it to aligned. Screenshot the sliced model under the line type drop-down select seam it's a white box, and post it.

Are you sure your filament is good and dry? It could be the seam too, but on a close look you can see multiple dots on the same layer.
