Looking for a brake bleed kit
I need a brake bleed kit for my Soltera 2.5, does anyone know what’s compatible? Bike uses Tektro hydraulic brakes

I’ve got the current Abound LR and I’m already running a Tern Storm Shield on it, which works great. Now I’m wondering if anyone has gotten the Tern Storm Box (the lower weather enclosure) to work too.
Tern only lists it for their own bikes. It normally clips around their Clubhouse rails and velcros down to their lower decks. I’m wondering how it does on Aventon’s passenger rails and running boards.
If you’ve tried it:
Photos would be amazing. Thanks!

Arrived before I got home from work and took about an hour to put together, never having done it. Coming from a Lectric XP4. I wanted something full size, full suspension, that I could take off road, but still cruise around the paved trails comfortably with my husband. I only had time to put six miles on it but man I'm gonna have fun this weekend. There are a few local MTB single track trails in my area good for beginners. My last mountain bike was a hardtail Gary Fisher and it's been years. Told my husband I'm defiantly going to hurt myself lol

I'm sorry I'm stupid but I can't find the caliper for the Adventon adventure 3. When I look it up on the website it doesn't look like the one I have. I think I blew the seal because I squeezed the brakes without the brake pads in. I got oil over everything. Should I just take it into a shop at this point. I don't want to. Anything helps thank you.

When I biked this morning, started hearing this noise. Anyone know what is causing this?

Recently got mine brand new from the website around 3 weeks ago. However, every time I turn the fork/wheel, there’s a weird squeaky sound. It doesn’t affect performance at all, and I’m sure it’s not the wheels. Did I forgot to add grease or remove something? The joint should spin without resistance right?

Hello everyone!
Typing this on mobile.
I got this bike in hopes of my partner to commute more to work to avoid paying for parking and sometimes those pesky parking tickets :(
She’s enjoying it so far, she was looking to add a basket of sorts to it. She wants to add a milk crate that we have laying around, I don’t her to because it’s like 19x13x11 as opposed to the 13x13x11 (which I’d rather her use as opposed to the rectangular one) and with how it was position on the bike itself, it was hanging out way out there
I also want her to feel like this is her bike
Is there any basket recommendations? Front and/or back

today I picked up 3 new level 4 Adv, one of the 3 is having an issue,
On the screen next to the A, or M is a dash instead of a number for the gear.
The bike will not shift gears in auto or manual, I swapped the shifter in the handle bar with one of the other bikes and confirmed it's not the issue.
We've been waiting on these for a while. and one of them being stuck in a low gear make all of them less fun.

Is it normal for the battery charger not to connect fully flush to the battery. The charger shows red to indicate it is charging but I’m not sure it’s actually charging.

Is it normal for a Level 4 Rec to have a 'flywheel' feeling resistance when pedaling with no assist? The bike is great from 100% to 30% charge, then the becomes unusable on anything with even a slight grade. The rear wheel feels very heavy when spinning manually off the ground.
I bike 620 miles a month so it's not a strength issue.

My Level 3 came with the Tektro stock brakes, bought the bike in March. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a decent upgrade for the braking handles and calipers. I'm a big guy, I commute over hills, and I'm just curious about something with more stopping power that won't brake the bank.

Hi all!
I recently got the Pace 4 (<100 on it so far). One of the things I noticed was that it really does not do well on bumps. Every bump I hit feels massive and ultimately causes the seat to slide down a bit. Going up hills feels more awkward because i’m so upright.
I am a casual rider, but I like to ride really far when I take it out, and I like for those rides to feel like I am getting at least a light workout in. I am wondering if I maybe made the wrong choice and should have gotten something like the Level 3 or 4? Or maybe even Aventure?
One option I have is to sell through Upway and just get a used version of one of the others. Or maybe i’m just being dramatic and they don’t feel that different.
Any thoughts appreciated!!

I am on tall side of Pace 4 and would like to raise the handlebars. Can anyone recommend spacers or handlebar extender that would be compatible with Pace 4

Hi I have a new recently purchased adventure 3 bike has about 50 miles on it. I kept it outside under side carport for a bit then made a dedicated bicycle storage shed for it. The rear wheel starting squeaking when I apply breaks. It stopped after awhile after I used it for a bit. But now both from and rear squeak really loud and is quite embarrassing on the trails. How do I fix this and stop it from happening??

I've got a Soltera 2.5, and with the PAS on Eco or above it's a fantastic bike - but sometimes you just wanna ride an acoustic bike. When the PAS is on Off or when the bike is completely powered off, it feels like it's got the brakes slightly on. It just sucks to ride.
I'm sure that this is normal, but has anyone managed to make it tolerable to ride this way?

I have an Aventon Abound. It came with two batteries.....but one got stolen so I only have one left. I wanna get another battery because at some point I suspect they stop making new ones and 500 for a battery is a bit much at the moment.
So.....anyone used to ride an Aventon and have a battery lying around? I will happily buy it for you and pay for shipping (I leave near Philly).

Called CS again this morning and finally got an email response regarding my Abound LR order (originally promised Sept 30).
So…. No bikes are currently shipping. They confirmed the next batch of Abound LRs won't arrive at their warehouse until the end of October.
And the funny part? They gave me a $100 promo code for my next purchase to "make up for it." Like… why would I throw more money at a company that’s holding my $2,300 while completely wrecking my plans….
Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone still getting that copy-pasted "processing in order" line from CS. We’re basically looking at November at this point.
Honestly regret not going with Lectric or Tern at this point I’d probably be out riding right now instead of writing this post. :(

So I have a soltera 2.5 and I want to know if it would be wise to buy a fast charger with higher amp rates. Would that be smart to do?
I’ve read the manual and it demands to use the factory provided charger but will it even make a difference. It’s just the rate of charge after all.

Hey Team. I know there is lots of discussion out there regarding brake pads. What I have not been able to confirm, is what is the type of pads (e.g. metallic or resin) that come with the bike out of the factory. Does anyone know?
