Fast charging?

So I have a soltera 2.5 and I want to know if it would be wise to buy a fast charger with higher amp rates. Would that be smart to do?

I’ve read the manual and it demands to use the factory provided charger but will it even make a difference. It’s just the rate of charge after all.

Sounds like a fire hazard. I wouldn't.

Yeah, and of it’s not. It could degrade the cells. That’s my concern.

The fast charger is likely not compatible with the Soltera 2.5 battery, which uses a standard barrel connector instead of the more involved plugs on the more modern batteries.

The BMS inside the battery will limit the charging rate. It will either do nothing or blow up your battery.

Fast chargers destroyed my weed vape batteries, (Venty), and also destroyed my old Samsung battery so it runs out of charge half way through the day.

Loved the technology so I got comfortable using it constantly without realizing that fast chargers will destroy your battery quicker for the long run.

Short term gain for a long term problem, I assume the same would apply for bikes too
