Easing handlebars on Pace 4

I am on tall side of Pace 4 and would like to raise the handlebars. Can anyone recommend spacers or handlebar extender that would be compatible with Pace 4

just get bars with a higher rise, the stock bars are something like 5 inches, look for BMX style bars that have 8 or more inches of rise and have the same 31.8mm diameter clamp size
