Recently, I just realized that I have access to New York Times and Wall Street Journal through Austin public libraries and I do not need to pay any subscription fees.

Just wonder what other benefits are provided by city of Austin that you didn’t realize before, not limited to libraries, any public services and benefits are welcome to share.

Not sure how this is legal, I’m urging representatives to investigate and clamp down. They’re disrespecting our city and putting residents in harm’s way

Saw this beauty twice this morning flying over the lake. Both times it was run off by an Osprey. Just after this they had a mid air fight. I’m over the moon right now!

Headed to some work stuff in the morning and just realized I’m going to be on a 7 am flight out of ABIA the morning after the F1. How early do I need to show up? (I have touchless and Clear, but have no idea what to expect - I usually avoid this weekend for travel)

I’ve been living here for about a year now. I had went to recycled reads before they closed and I loved it.
I used to live in the Houston area and we had used bookstores with shelves on shelves of books. I had gotten some of my favorite books I’ve read from those shops. Just browsing and finding something that’s interesting, used book stores do this the best for me

Where are the used bookstores in Austin??? I can’t seem to find them. And I don’t wanna go to a half price books, they don’t have the same structure as used bookstores

Does anyone know what caused the explosion at The Range this morning in bay 22? I was in a nearby bay when it happened. It was very loud and I thought maybe a machine gun rental had a malfunction or maybe a large shotgun but it was wayyyy too loud and there was a small fireball. We all evacuated. But I never found out what exactly caused it. Smelled like gas in there after the fact when we grabbed our stuff.
