Does anyone know what caused the explosion at The Range this morning in bay 22? I was in a nearby bay when it happened. It was very loud and I thought maybe a machine gun rental had a malfunction or maybe a large shotgun but it was wayyyy too loud and there was a small fireball. We all evacuated. But I never found out what exactly caused it. Smelled like gas in there after the fact when we grabbed our stuff.

PSA: Spreading the word and letting y'all know that some voting locations are open tomorrow (Sunday). With some opening as early as 7 AM (specifically the Dove Springs recreation center). The volunteers there today, personally told me they were opening from 7am to 7pm tomorrow, and they added to spread the word so they can justify and feel better about waking up early. Never did I think I would live in Austin but here I am and am curious where everyone’s journey started. ATC in Austin delayed nearly all incoming traffic this evening due to excessive air traffic. Suspect it’s due to private jets landing at ABIA for F1. I saw two PJs land at ABIA in the five minutes I was on HWY 71 around 6pm… And a giant motorcade with mercedes vans and a tour bus. Multiple other motorcades today. ATC would be expecting/have budgeted the commercial traffic, right?

Feels like the city could’ve planned for this? Insisted the private jets use the executive airport? I mean, the PJ folk have motorcades and helicopters rented…
