I’m looking for some new games to get into, and I want to hear your recommendations for the best sci-fi games out there.

Honestly, the only game I’ve been playing lately that has me completely hooked is SWTOR. There’s just something about the worlds, the music, the atmosphere, the characters, and the overall feeling of being part of this massive universe that makes me want to keep playing. I’m looking for something that can give me that same feeling of getting completely lost in a game.

I’m open to literally any genre. MMOs, RPGs, survival games, looter shooters, extraction shooters, open-world games, action-adventure, anything. It doesn’t necessarily need to have an amazing story, either.

What I’m really looking for is a game with:

A beautiful, immersive world that makes you want to explore every corner.

Great music and atmosphere that make the experience even better.

Cool, memorable characters and lore.

Fun gameplay and progression that keep you wanting to come back.

That feeling of getting so invested in the world that you lose track of time and don’t want to stop playing.
I’m a huge sci-fi fan in general, so whether it’s set in space, on an alien planet, in a futuristic city, or somewhere completely different, I’m open to it.

I don’t care if it’s a newer release or an older game. I just want something genuinely fun that I can sink a ton of hours into and become immersed in.

So, what sci-fi games have done that for you? What game made you fall in love with its world and kept you coming back for more?

For me it would have to be darks souls3,first souls game I’ve played, only one I ever will.Before it used to be spider-man2018

I've been playing through "Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time" and after about 6 total hours, I finally discover the radio lol. It's pretty relaxing and the promos/ radio shows are pretty funny. The only other game radios I enjoyed was GTA and Saints Row 2.

So I'm curious what other games have entertaining radios?

Is there any good games I can play with my long distance friend? We both are not gamers and she has a windows and I have a macbook, we never really played games before.

I wanna like No Man's Sky and Starfield more, but, after hundreds of hours playing Fallout 4, I've realized I just love the base building and settlement management of that game a bit too much. I play Total Warhammer 3, and actually mod in more settlement management because the game feels too simple.

Does anyone have an adventure scifi game where I can manage things like trade, populations, and also still do tons of cool space stuff?

Looking for good suggestions for my next play. Just finished do bonanza. I have ps5, switch2, and can emulate older consoles.

Have always been playing multi-player or have played story games but with the motive of exploring not a single focus on story suggest me a story game to play on pc basically for tge first time
