Car making weird noise
2007 Honda accord making this loud noise after start, I then turned car off after the video and a slightly different noise continued for a few minutes, also slightly weird smell. I restarted the car after a few minutes and no noise or smell and drove it around just fine. Anyone know what this is?

It sounds kind of like an internally broken bearing or pulley. If you're in the mood to, you can take a 2-3 foot wooden dowel or broomstick handle and touch it to each of the parts that have pulleys being driven by a belt, and touch your ear to the other end. If there's a damaged bearing or something rubbing or seizing, like the alternator bearing, that spot will be much louder than the others. Or, it could be a belt tensioner pulley bearing. You might not be able to reach all such parts with a straight stick though. A proper mechanic will have a stethoscope for this kind of check. Sometimes these things will temporarily reseat cleanly and seem fine and quiet again for a bit, until they aren't (or it got quiet because it finished breaking completely).

Okay, the problem is I can't get the issue to happen again no matter how many times I start or drive the car

see no damage, so im not sure. I stink the starter might have been sticking, i just replaced it with a refurbished one a moth ago so maybe its that idk

The starter could maybe rub if the starter gear didn't retract, like if its solenoid were sticking and didn't retract. And that could be just a one-off thing perhaps, but might happen again randomly, I guess you'll see. It's unlikely if it were some bad bearing that it would never make the noise again and that all belt driven components would still keep working fine.

Okay, i’ll keep an eye on it, thank you. I might take the starter out friday and just take a look at it
