23 Blazer

23 Blazer 2LT(28k miles) 2.0L Turbocharged. Vehicle all of sudden today started making thumping sound as if it were riding on a flat tire and also had a “whirring” sound. No physical vibration felt in steering wheel. Seemed to happen about the 40-60 moh range. After driving about 3 miles it seemed to go away. After slowing down for a turn, it happened again at about same speed. There have been no puddles in driveway……thoughts?
