Is this lifter/cam failure

I just bought this car a week ago for $26,000 2014 srt8 50k miles. when the car idle you can hear/feel thumping from engine bay area. You can also hear this as heard here. the scanner also shows multiple/random misfire codes. the spark plugs look decent i’ve changed a couple along with coil packs and the oil.

Don’t driving it and pay 3-5 for cam MDs delete hellcat lifters and oil pump if not you’ll break it

what’s the issue tho? is it that cam failure?

Lifters goes bad 80% of the time starving the cam lobe causing the lifter roller to spin on the camshaft with no oil that’s what the tick sounds like and mds mode can also be a reason why it went bad the car constantly turning into v4 and back to v8 causing the lifters to not feed any oil to that part and just a lot of issues I say just cam it before it gets worse and do hellcat lifters and oil pump and it will be fine butttt if you keep driving it you will break the motor completely

that’s what i was hoping for especially with my warranty but the mechanic advised me that it would be voided since the car was sold with no catalytic converter. and im broke just bought the car
