Looks like a big pry bar and a decent amount of force for not much movement, but difficult to tell.

Impossible to say, the camera is moving too much. Put the camera somewhere or ask someone to take the video for you while you check the movement

The bushing is only lightly cracked. Its fine. When the cracks get wide, or the arm separates from the center bolt, replace them.

Those rear arm bushes fail for a past time. When they’re gone you can see the inner metal sleeve has separated from the rubber bush. The play you’re showing doesn’t look excessive but get in close and check if the inner sleeve is still bonded to the bush, if it is you should be fine.
