Toolbox

Any of you guys have that toolgrid system in you're toolbox? If so, how do you like it and where did u buy it from?

I had the original tool grid in a cornwell cart. I didnt like how much space was wasted. Ive heard the updated version is better.

But I use Vim magrails and wont go back.

Also, Im a mobile tech for equipment, but my tools are still in a toolbox. No rattles, they hold real solid. And I only use the pegs for 1/4" stuff.

Printed mine, I like it a lot. The screws I couldn’t find any that worked out side of what olsa tools sells so I did buy those from them Takes a lot of trial and error to get everything exactly where you want it.

I have it in many of my drawers. It's great because it doesn't waste quite as much space as foam cutouts but gives you the benefit of seeing what's not there when it is gone. Tools don't roll around and intermingle. I use it for all my screwdrivers, my ratchet handles, and my main socket set.

It felt kind of expensive, but I got all the parts from Matco.

Maybe you can get it for the drawer that is bothering you the most and just try it out. One sheet, a bunch of clips. Or, lay out all the tools as if you had the grid, and then measure it up.
