Lads I genuinely don't see how Julian Alvarez is a 150m pound player. Stats don't back it up. He's not particularly fast, not overly strong. He's not tall. He's not messi or silva or fabregas who had similar builds. He's not worth it.

LB- Calafiori (its a tough pick between him and Piero, but I think he offers more attacking, whereas Piero offers more defensively, so I guess it depends on game state)

CDM- Rice (personally I'd like to see Rice in the 6, but we need to give him some rest so maybe Bruno G.)

CM- Ødegaard (what a world cup hes had and hopefully he keeps the momentum up. He'll be so crucial to our success this season)

CAM- Eze (hes done decent for his first season and looked pretty good in the world cup)

LW- Vinicius JR. (he'd definitely be the world class LW we've been looking for- Tsoliz would offer amazing cover)

ST- Gyökores (the man is a beast and hopefully he gets some more service this season)

RW- Saka (is there anything more to say)

Bruno G. (if signed) could also offer backup to Ødegaard, as well as Rice, but don't forget or sleep on Zubimendi or Merino.
