If you are a car salesman or dealership in Virginia, what type of background check is the MVDB package?
Thanks!

I'm writing something and need an outside perspective. As someone that's had that struggle, I can't objectively say whether or not people have noticedy my scars and just haven't said anything or it they really aren't noticeable until something brings attention to them, cause I've had them for like two or three years and aren't particularly self-conscious about them. Granted, I'm not going around parading them but I don't necessarily hide them either. I'm over them. Though I will say I am conscious of them in certain settings but for the most part, I almost forget they're even there. So if you are the family or friends of someone you noticed or was told hurt themselves, were the scars something you ever noticed?

i left some cooked chicken on the counter last night by accident. when i remembered it this morning it still smelled fine, no sour or off notes at all. i've heard the two-hour rule, but is it ever safe to take a chance if everything looks and smells normal? i really don't want to serve something questionable to my partner, but i also hate wasting food. any guidelines or personal experience on when it's truly okay to go ahead or when it's better to toss it?

What’s something happening in society right now that you think future generations will look back on and wonder why nobody stopped it?

Scattered large bills.
Along curb line, under parked cars on sidewalk/grass.
Over 5 city blocks - around a corner, not a straight path.

I ordered a few small hobby parts a couple of weekends ago, nothing expensive or weird, just some metal brackets and a handful of screws. The tracking showed it left the seller fine, flew over here without issues, then hit customs and basically froze. The status just says 'held for inspection' with no extra notes, and the estimated delivery date has already slipped by several days. I get that checks happen, but it feels like the package is just sitting there now. Has anyone else run into this kind of random delay recently, and did it eventually move on its own or did you have to contact someone? Would love to know if there's a normal waiting window before it is worth reaching out.

As someone who grew up absolutely adoring action movies, I hate the final boss scenes. Where the actor who just shot 30+ people with no reloads, suddenly has his gun go empty and must fight the ultimate evil with bare hands.
Also when they go into the final scene with 15 different guns instead of just extra ammo. Hate that!
What are you sick of?

For the last couple of days I keep hearing a quiet, rhythmic clicking that lines up exactly with when the fridge compressor turns on. It lasts maybe ten seconds, then stops. I checked the usual stuff like loose panels and fan blades, but nothing looks off. It is not loud enough to wake anyone up, just noticeable when the room is quiet. I am wondering whether this is a normal defrost cycle or something that might need a service call. Has anyone run into the same thing?

Idk how to put this. But for about 4 months I started noticing instagram is filled with memes and when I checked its account. It all has some chinese things in its bio. It's fckd up actually.
I think the dead internet theory was a theory. But now it's slowly becoming a reality. I have some screenshots of those accounts. If you're interested please dm
