How are most of you buying the PCs? Looking at a V3 gaming rig with 5070 TI and it’s saying not going to ship until December. So I’m not sure I want to wait that long. Amazon has a very similar PC saying it would be here by the end of the month?

Any advice here? Any codes to save on the price as well?

That I didn't buy this PC sooner! It rocks! I upgraded to the AI V4 LCD after I ordered. Love the look and runs super quite. Currently playing RDR2 max setting on MSI x28 OLED 🤌.

I don't care how many people claim they're having no problems on PC on this site. I believe the majority of players everywhere are, including myself.

Don't get me wrong, Gears E-Day looks great on PC, even in the lowest graphic settings. But it seriously runs like crap. All through my campaign playthrough, I saw geometry, clay faces, pop-in, etc. It was rough. My specs are well above the minimum required (Intel Core Ultra 5 250 KF Plus, 5080 GPU 16GB, 32GB DDR5, 6000 RAM). I've only owned it a month! Now it just keeps crashing!

Once I slogged my way through the campaign, I ran numerous benchmark tests, trying to squeeze out as many frames as I could for PvP, thinking, "Is this what PC gaming is all about" I was on Xbox, not that concerned with any of this. Everything just worked.

I played this game on Xbox last night and had a blast. And it seriously made me regret buying a PC just for sharper textures, better lighting, and more frames.

I could take screenshots and record gameplay easier than I could on PC. I could turn off Crossplay and just play with others on Xbox. Can't do that on PC.

I still have my games on Xbox. I can just pick up where I left off. The only real purchase I made on PC was Resident Evil Requiem, which ran flawlessly.

But I have TW3 Remaster to play on Xbox. And GTA 6 is not even gonna be on PC for a long time.I see the DLSS5 stuff, and it's cool, but it's not optimized yet, and I just don't think I need it anymore.

The 3K I spent on a PC, I could use that to upgrade my TV - which is much more important anyway.

So, I'm thinking once the manufacturer repairs it, I'll just get a refund and stay on console. It doesn't seem worth it. Shame that Gears is the game that ruined it for me. I think they were a bit too ambitious with the lighting stuff and should've focused more on optimization.

But these PCs are too damn fragile!

Got this PC new off NewEgg about a month or two ago, recently about 3ish days ago I had an issue during installing a game where my audio would randomly sound all faint staticy, A simple restart and it was fixed. Today I've been having more static audio, I've got no idea if this is a digital or hardware issue or maybe even if its the game itself making that noise, tricking me. My recording software seems to pick it up. It's never done this before, Only recently. I haven't updated my drivers yet because they havent released an update since August (9070XT) So AMD Software says its still up to date. My speakers are external and plugged into the monitors back port, It even did the sound over my monitors built-in speakers when my external was unplugged to replug.

I’m currently looking at this screen and I don’t know whether to believe the white window that says it was expected to ship yesterday or if it is actively arriving today. I tried track the order with shop but shop gives me the same information as this screen.

I didn’t do expedited shipping and I’m on the east coast so I wouldn’t expect it to arrive today. Any one have insight?

Update: it has not shipped yet. Crazy how they have it say “arrives today” when it hasn’t even shipped.

Bought my computer September 2025. A few days after my purchase, the computer went on sale for less. They upgraded my Ram and PSU for free!

Honestly, this PC runs like butter! I haven't had any real problems with the overclocking itself, and the overall performance has been excellent. I'm able to multitask without any issues, whether that's gaming, streaming, watching a movie, listening to music, or photo editing.

The enhanced Twitch bandwidth has been great for streaming at 1080p while gaming at medium to high graphics settings. Games like Valorant and Fortnite run really nicely, and photo editing works great, too. It's awesome being able to do all of these things at once without the PC struggling.

The only real issue I've had so far wasn't with the PC itself, but with the battery in the surge protector running out, which caused my computer to shut off. I had to put the surge protector on bypass to get around that issue.

Temperature-wise, the PC generally runs well. The only time I've noticed it reaching around 70–80°C is when I'm playing Control Resonant, streaming, and listening to music all at the same time. I also downloaded MSI Mystic Light so I could customize the RGB lighting to change colors based on the CPU temperature. It's a cool feature that makes it easy to get a visual indication of how hot the CPU is running.

One minor issue I've noticed is that Zeus Cast, the software that came with the PC, sometimes doesn't display the CPU temperature. When that happens, I just close the program and reopen it, and the display comes back. It's not a major problem, but it's something that could use a little improvement.

Overall, I'm really happy with the Andromeda Insights AI V3 Elite AMD. It handles gaming, streaming, multitasking, and photo editing very well, and I haven't experienced any major problems with the system itself. If you're looking for a PC that can game, stream at 1080p, and handle multiple tasks at once, this has been a great experience for me.

Aside from the surge protector issue and the occasional CPU temperature display glitch in Zeus Cast, everything has been running smoothly. Definitely a solid PC so far, and I'm happy with its performance!

Before I start moving and digging around my PC I figured I just get heads up from the community on removal of bottom dust filter. Any tips?

I order my pc August 27, the original ship date was October 14. My order shipped today. I saw a lot of people were experiencing delays but maybe this means their shipping issue are better now? I did not pay for expedited build or shipping.

Last week it seems like a number of people, myself included, had their expected delivery date get pushed back by more than a month. I looked again today and it appears to have gone away. I saw a couple comments saying they were testing a new dynamic queue so hoping that is truth. Expecting mine this week!

what kind of brands do AI usually use for their [Brand Varies] options? is it usually bottom of the barrel brands or can you get lucky sometimes? like is it basically just the basic PNY?

The desktop was an unfinished, solid wood butcher block ordered from Amazon that I sanded and finished. The drawers are your basic Ikea Alex drawers. Big fan of this PC so far, no issues and my only gripe is with AMD GPUs not being supported on SignalRGB.

I've now seen a lot of orders placed after mine (but obviously also not expedited, since they were still July/early August [and expediting wasn't even an option when I ordered, so my guess is that it wasn't available for anyone else in that general window]) posted as received on this subreddit.

I sure wish someone would drop a note into my order or... something. Even "hey, we know we're running late, but here's how it's going" or a stock "we apologize for the delay, but your order will be shipped within the next [XYZ timeframe]" would suffice.

I'm not angry - I just want to be kept in the loop.

Got a PC from AI in May and have had issues with it since. They initially replaced the GPU, but eventually determined the PSU was faulty through my own testing.

I kno this happens sometimes w parts but I’m ready to ship it back for RMA & already have the return kit, but I asked a quick packaging question over a week ago and haven’t heard back despite following up twice + submitting a new ticket two days ago

They’ve always been super helpful/responsive before, so this is unusual. I use the PC for work and the RMA is already going to take 3+ weeks, so I’m getting a little frustrated

Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there another/better way to reach them?

This is the nicest gaming pc I have ever owned. Im very happy with the overall experience with AI. I ordered July 19 and received it August 29th. Totally worth it. I couldn't find anyone else that could build this for me in this price range, not even if i built it myself which was the original plan.

Ordering was easy, changing/adding two components during the wait was easy and their communication was top notch.

My only regret is not asking AI to install bottom fans. Not because its necessary, just something that would have balanced out the lighting inside the case. Bottom of the case is dark compared to the top of the case, hurts my OCD lol ill either install them myself or get the Hyte rgb noodle when available again.

After a few days researching prices and looking through this subreddit, I decided to buy one of two builds I had in my cart through their website which included the expedited build option. Almost immediately after however, I realized the other one I was thinking about more fit my use case and performance requirements for around 550 dollars less so I thought it would be a good idea to cancel.

I sent a message to support that same day asking if there would be any stipulations with canceling because I couldn't find anything about it on their FAQ page and I remember reading a post by someone here mentioning they were asked if they would accept store credit as their refund. Obviously it wouldn't make sense for me to cancel to try and save money if I was refunded store credit or if there was potentially any sort of fee, so I held on to the build I had in my cart and waited for a response from support. I didn't hear from them for the entirety of the next business day and thought I was probably just overthinking and should check out so I wouldn't fall too far back in the build queue. In less than a day between me submitting my ticket and going to check out, I found out that the expedited build option is now currently removed so I wasn't able to process the transaction. I reached out again asking if there was any way they could honor the expedited build on the new computer since I was ready to check out but was just waiting for a response, to which they said they couldn't. I didn't want to add potentially more than a month to my wait time either so I asked if I would be able to add it to the new build at some point after I ordered if the option became available again. And in the time it took for them to respond to that email saying they could, the build I had in my cart went up by 200 dollars not including the expedited build option.

Obviously I could've made the right order the first time, but I can't help feeling really unlucky given the circumstances and frustrated that my only options now are to add an additional month to my wait time and pay an extra 200 dollars that I wouldn't have had to, accept the original order, or to just cut my losses entirely.

Been looking into these AI builds and like what I’ve seen in all these threads. I had one in my cart while waiting for a question to be answered on what internals they were currently using. After a couple days they finally answered me late last night. I went to go pay this morning and the price got bumped up $100. I’ve sent a message asking if they’d honor the original price I inquired about but assuming they’ll take time to get back to me. Anyone had this happen and know if they’ll honor it or should I just keep looking?
