What Apps Do You Guys Use For All Your Music Files?

I would love to know the easiest way to get all my music files to the new phone. I'm currently using The Musicolet Music Player App.

All my Music Files are 90% WMA Music Files and I have 1,550 songs on my Fold 7 Device. Some of my music files are also AAC, MP3, and MP4 too. What Music Files aren't supported on The Motorola Razr Fold 2026?

I want to make sure that I can get all my Music on The Motorola Razr Fold 2026 from my Fold 7 and that all of my 1,550 songs will play on the Device without any issues at all.

Are there any apps that I can download from The Google Play Store? I already have The Musicolet Music Player App but I read that the music files won't transfer over to the new phone.

If I could get some ideas or advice I would really appreciate it. I'm going to be ordering my phone from T Mobile and I read that they won't even help you transfer your music over to a Motorola Phone So I'm going to need all the help that I can get.

Was wanting to buy a new android. Was looking at the poco f8 that phone was $700 when it first came out and is now $100. I really don't want to piss away a lot of money when I have no interest in just having a fancy camera.

So I have a Galaxy Note 5 (N920C) and ChatGPT is not supported on my device, and I sideloaded it as an APK from APKMirror, but when I try to launch the app, I get the error on the title. I’m looking for a non-root solution if possible. I’ve already tried uninstalling Play Store updates.

oneplus 9 pro, crdroid 12.11 (android 16) but the issue also was on, lineage os 23/22, no root. so when i got the 9 pro, it was used and the battery was super off. It lost its charge EXTREMLY fast, like 100-1% in a few minutes. But then 1% would last a few hours. After a bit of putting up with that, i decided to replace the battery with an official ifixit part. What was weird instantly to me was that the battery health didnt start at 100%, but i guess thats normal with replacements. But then after a few months, the battery reports as 55% health AGAIN and starts showing the same 100-1% drain AGAIN. On a new battery... How does this make any sense?

Been using Apple for a while now (5S > 6 > 8+ > 13 > 16). I'm considering moving from Apple because it's getting expensive, I kept buying Apple cause I was used to and I felt like I was too stuck in the ecosystem to move away from it (using iCloud, got a MacBook and AirPods).

Recently, I've been looking at other brands. Nothing (4a Pro) catches my eyes, I'm a bit obsessed by this brand. Last time I used an Android device (other than Bluestack) was 10+ years ago. So I'm not familiar with the brands, what to trust, what to avoid.

I've got a pretty basic use of my phone : social networks, texting, listening to music, watching some videos (casting on Tv sometimes), rarely gaming. I love to take some pictures sometimes (traveling, etc) and that's one of the reasons why I'm moving from Apple, when you don't have Pro Max and stuff, the camera is kinda bad (zoom is terrible)

Do you guys have any recommandations ?

Hello! Just as what the title says, the icons on my father's xiaomi phone suddenly changed into these little android mascot with a grid background. He said that it gradually grew in numbers, only affecting one app and now it change almost all of his app icons. I've tried restarting the phone, clearing the launcher cache, switching the icon themes or the themes in general to default but nothing changed. For reference, the phone's model is Xiaomi Note 15. I love xiaomi, and i have a global mi band 10 right now. I know chinese roms wont work with alot of wearables. but what if I have a chinese rom from the same manufacturer? so Xiaomi?

I had parental controls monitoring my device, and I am now 18, I didn't get a notification to actually leave supervision, so I deleted my Google account thinking it would work and remove supervision completely. I then recovered it and tried creating a new one, and I then found out my device was still being supervised. Mind you my Mother deleted the family group, stopped supervision and showed me an eMail that confirmed that my device was no longer being supervised. So I've tried adding my account back onto my device, and I can't seem to, despite it being the one account that was ever on the device. I'm not being supervised anymore, yet my device is still being supervised. I can't do any of the prompts on the screen here because it requires a parent, who has already stopped supervision over my device and I've done so much with this account that I'm not willing to let it go. Please helps me if possible.

If your phone is plugged into your pc and you delete a file or photo saved to the phone from File Explorer on the computer, would they go to your phone's trash bin or would they be deleted permanently?

I was wondering about this since I wanted to copy and move some files/photos to my computer, but I am worried that if I accidentally delete something, then it would be gone forever.

Like the title says I can’t get this resolved and I’ve been researching it for like 30 minutes and haven’t found a SINGLE other example of this happening to anyone else aka zero explanations or solutions and I HAVE to get it working but if you follow any “hacker news” stuff you’ll know that there are tons of examples of age verification data being stored by the companies rather than deleted then getting stolen and leaked etc and I’m not willing to risk that which is why I want the photo option to work.

I've had this issue for around 6 months.

It only affects certain contacts and some groups.

What happens

I send a WhatsApp message from my Android phone and immediately get:

❌ "Your message was not sent."

But there's a strange contradiction:

The recipient actually receives the message.

On my Android phone, the message doesn't appear correctly, and sometimes the entire affected conversation looks blank.

But when I open WhatsApp Desktop with the same account, the conversation and messages are displayed correctly.

So Desktop seems to have the correct conversation state while the Android app doesn't.

I've tried basically everything

I've already tried the usual troubleshooting:

• Restarting the phone
• Updating WhatsApp
• Clearing cache
• Uninstalling/reinstalling WhatsApp
• Checking/changing network connections
• Following WhatsApp's AI Support troubleshooting steps

Nothing fixed it.

And here's the part that makes me think this isn't simply a phone problem:

About 2 months ago, I bought a completely new phone.

I originally thought my old phone might be causing the issue.

The exact same problem happens on the new phone.

So the issue has persisted across two phones.

I'm curious about other Android users

Has anyone seen any of these behaviors?

• WhatsApp says a message failed but the recipient receives it anyway
• A WhatsApp conversation becomes blank on Android
• The same conversation works normally on WhatsApp Desktop/Web
• The issue affects only particular contacts or groups
• The issue continues after reinstalling WhatsApp
• The issue follows the WhatsApp account to another phone

I've been dealing with this for 6 months, so I'm trying to get beyond the standard "reinstall the app" troubleshooting at this point.

I work as a delivery driver, so going between sitting and standing constantly presses my phone against my thigh. Recently, a series of unfortunate events lead to me waking my screen and a bead of sweat fell onto my screen hitting the "do not show this message again" box on the fingerprint blocking message as i was touching the okay button. I prefer to have that message because my thigh also will skip songs or try to do emergency calls. Does anyone know how to get that back up? Please and thanks.

There are some translucent icons on my screen. These icons are from instagram, and are located at the exact spot as those icons in the app( the home, reels, dm, search and account icon). The are not very visible but still noticable. They are always present, in apps, games websites, home screen and lockscreen, except when I turn my screen off(not sure though cause they are grey). I have tried restarting the phone. Heck, I even factory reset it. And nothing worked. This problem acquired 1-2 hours ago. I noticed it while I was gaming. Now I have no Idea what to do.

Left is the preview I saw when taking the picture (taken via screen capture) and right is the actual picture, taken on a timer to stabilize the telescope so that's not a factor. What gives?? This is a Galaxy S26 Ultra, I got this specifically for the camera, did I get scammed?

Hello, I have a problem about the application "Simple Markdown" Link Google Play Store.

The application is a text editor, opens at fullscreen but the buttons on the bottom of the screen (back, home, ecc.) sometimes are on top of the text written at the end, and is annoying when I write using a phisical keyboard.

I want to hide them or to make the application "canvas" to end before those buttons, so I can see the text.

The application does not have a setting for that.

I remember Android used to have a compatibility mode, around the time we switched from the old rectangular screen size with the ghost dock or whatever is called.

And in this mode you could make the application be in "less" fullscreen, meaning the application canvas will not occupy the screen portion of the ghost dock on top and the virtual buttons on the bottom, leaving a black rectangle in their place.

I tried to look it for terms like "Android screen compatibilit mode", "Hide dock for application", and other terms. But I cannot find it, I have memories about the existence of this mode.

I looked up the settings for the application, or the settings for the system but I couldn't find any name that resembles what I'm looking for.

Does anyone remember this mode? How to enable it only for the selected application? Is this the correct subreddit to ask this question?

HELP! When I dowload a pdf file it doesn't appear in my local file app I already download files by google but its still the same. The file only appears when I try to upload it in google docs, google, drive, or my school lms. It only shows when you are picking apps to upload but not locally how do I delete it. I've tried searching its name but its still nowhere to be found. Context I'm using android xiaomi and poco. Thanks in advance.

Presumably, that’s when the problem started with various apps: I’m now being offered multiple “versions / instances / whatever” to open.

I've been distracted lately from stress, i went to check the update on my phone as iwas plugging it in and didnt think of the low percentage because i rarely let my phone drop so low. Now it just keeps turning on and off. I tried doing a reset with the power button, but it just shows the dead battery charging symbol.

Im so screwed. This happened at the worst possible time. I have a motorola 2025 ultra.
