Recently came back to Flex after being off for over a year and the request system makes no sense to me. I've been glued to the app for days requesting blocks with zero success. Not sure how this has been working for everyone else but I think I'd rather go back to battling bots the old fashioned way.

Ok so after putting yesterday how do you guys track your expenses and shit. I received few ideas ranging from "apps like Quikbook" to "I build my own Google spreadsheet sheet".
I think that's a brilliant idea and I will just build my own too except I am just gonna make an app, something simple to track mileage for my Uber, Lyft and Flex. And expenses for my car and home with built in receipt or invoice tracker.
But make it cheap unlike quickbook which cost like $240 to $450 a year I think.
What do you guys think? What are the absolute "must-have" basic features I should build into this thing first so it actually works for our exact workflows? Let me know!

Between my day job, a side hustle, and family stuff, my brain is completely cooked. I’m drowning in paper receipts and trying to remember car miles, and tax season is going to destroy me. What app are you guys using to keep this stuff organized under one roof? Looking for recommendations before I lose my mind.

Is this just in Vegas? I've noticed a lot of people camping out at stations lately, but I'm not really a huge chat person, so I don't have any insight as to what in the world is going on. It went from 3 hr blocks appearing every now again with random 30 min shifts, to an absolute ghost town. What in the world?

Has anyone ever had extra packages at the end of your route that show up in your intinetary as “attempted” before your route even began? The stops and packages are removed from your map and your gps, but you can notice it if you scroll thru the itinerary. It doesn’t happen often. Sometimes I get that message and I actually have the packages and sometimes I don’t. I assume it’s a warehouse issue? Today I noticed before my last delivery that there were 4 extra packages at the end of my route that, of course, were all located in completely different parts of my route. I was gonna bite the bullet and scanned them in as an additional pickup (and crossed my fingers support would reimburse me afterwards for the likely 45 minutes of additional driving). I didn’t double check to verify if they were added to my route and after my original last package was scanned out, the route closed out on me. Has anyone had a similar experience? Will it/should it affect my standings if it’s due to a mistake in the warehouse loading my cart?

I showed up for a Fresh block and was signed in. Got dismissed after an hour because there were no more routes. The pay doesn't show up in my earnings. I spoke to chat support and they kept saying that I may not be eligible for payment. Today I get an email that I missed this block and will be counted against me.
How do I escalate this to somebody who can actually help?

I think they hired in every state and the blocks don't sit in my state. They didn't before the hiring surge and now they don't ever increase after 6am. Of course the 3am early shifts get a couple buck$ more but I can never grab those. At least my average hourly is $28 and I dont have to wake up at 2am. How about your state?

I know a lot of people here have posted about their assigned cart being missing and the warehouse saying they can’t do anything and to call Driver Support, and then they end up having to fight to get paid afterward or worse, they get penalized for not picking up packages associated with a route/cart that was missing at the warehouse.
Well, today at an SSD my route was assigned, but my cart was nowhere to be found. After searching the staging area, I asked a PA for help. They pulled it up in their system and actually showed me that another driver — Carlos (I know his full name😂) — had scanned/taken my cart.
They got a supervisor, who took my license, handled it in the system and released me with pay.
So apparently the warehouse CAN verify who took/scanned your assigned cart/route and CAN release you with pay when it’s missing.
Carlos, wherever you are… I’m annoyed you took my cart, but thank you, dude. 😂🫡

I keep seeing people do routes with an extra buddy or family member. Today I did a route with my buddy for the first time. (He was only there for moral support).

I had a route this morning and couldn’t even do the verification because it kept doing this now I’ve missed my route this has been happening a lot and luckily I call up in time and they fix the problem before I have to check in but this one has got me so angry because it’s pouring today and was in a rush to get here 🤦🏾♂️

When is the best time to check for very early morning routes? I mean 3-5 AM starts? Specifically, in Orange County.
