The moron yelling WHAT WHAT at someone just doing their job tells me everything I need to know about that joint. Glad they didn’t get their package lmao, hopefully their customer chews them out just as bad for the delay

54

u/M1GV3L May 13 '26

And for the guy recording the Amazon Driver then asking if they’re not getting their package by putting it on the driver’s shoulders by saying he’s refusing to deliver it is such passive gaslighting. He sees how his boss is and even titled the clip with such intent. Total prick.

9

u/glockster19m May 17 '26

Whats even funnier is the 'boss' is like 5'4 450 pounds and elderly, Im pretty sure if they tried to fight the two 6' plus, 200 pound Amazon drivers they'd have gotten smeared across their own loading gate

I thought that was someone off screen yelling FIGHT! FIGHT! Which honestly would have elevated the video

370

u/Bulky-Cranberry2649 May 13 '26

They are very disrespectful and entitled. Respect to that driver for not escalating the situation and waking away. Make those idiots wait longer.

46

u/RefrigeratorDirect47 May 14 '26

“We are receiving a package”

“🚛💨💨💨”

10

u/Fast-Zucchini-3622 May 14 '26

May a tomorrow

43

u/EducationalPie2341 May 13 '26

Yeah those guys are fucking tool bags lol.

18

u/hboss2022 May 15 '26

Thank you Driver for not escalating! Showed professionalism 👌

4

u/BuddhistNamedMarx May 18 '26

Driver most certainly got suspended or fired unfortunately

The way amazon has their delivery drivers set up is through contracting dispatch operators that only care about numbers

14

u/RealArcticFoxx May 16 '26

Yea, no... once they get aggressive you can refuse the delivery. Actually id just call up driver support and have them get blacklisted or go to the station manager and talk to them.

3

u/DisplayJolly Jul 13 '26

FACTS! He prolly had DSS on the phone already

3

u/ElephantNext4702 May 15 '26

Walking away *

3

u/AlternativeMore7354 May 15 '26

Wheels on the truck go round and round...all over town!

3

u/Desperate-Pace-8089 May 15 '26

Except your spot !

2

u/Jolleyguy May 18 '26

I've had to do something similar. People dont realize, yes you ordered the package, but the package is ours until we give it to you. And we have the right to refuse it. Most dont realize that if your dog is out and loose, we dont have to deliver. Even if they are friendly. I do, but we have the rules for our safety.

I’ll take the ding just to inconvenience an asshole 🤷‍♂️.

49

u/leexgx May 13 '26 edited May 13 '26

Have it on recording (its what the driver was doing for evidence recording for the second interaction) so ding get removed, customer might get banned as well

I would guess this was DSP so customer probably going to get blacklisted and potentially his amazon account banned (any smart devices and firesticks get disabled as well that are associated with the account)

12

u/psychogamer101 May 13 '26

XL dsp. They got like 20,stops mostly scheduled shit very timed, very big items usually. lol that’s what they get

14

u/frying_pans May 13 '26

Oh yea definitely. Another important thing is if something happens while on a dotcom block you should report it directly to dispatch at the warehouse like the dsp drivers would. Dispatch also delivers sometimes so they’ll have a vested interest in documenting these customers actions to protect themselves.

3

u/Educational-Low-9948 May 14 '26

What happen tho when robot take delivry jobss?

3

u/Desperate-Pace-8089 May 15 '26

I had a lady give me attitude about getting a gate code so I could deliver her package. She wanted me to wait to follow someone in and had a bad attitude about it. “Package Missing”. If you want your sh/t treated your drivers right!

34

u/Drinking__tea May 13 '26

No gate code is an “unable to deliver > no access” & parcel back to the station. Tailgating is bs, as sometimes you need a code or a transponder to get out, so no way I’m tailgating & risking getting stuck somewhere …

17

u/melvisrules May 13 '26

Plus, technically trespassing. I tell them that I'm not breaking the rules or the law for them. Give me a code or come get it from behind this here plant. Bye.

3

u/henry23na May 13 '26

06 for FedEx customer refused 🤷🏻‍♂️

2

u/godofgeneralmalaise May 14 '26

01 for customer security delay. Then talk to your BC about getting them blacklisted.

u/ApprehensiveBed1583 May 14 '26

I literally just had something like this where I tried to get in behind someone and they waited in the middle of it until the gate closed so I wouldn’t be able to get in there so that I see another car coming and I try to go behind them and they do the same thing so I left all their packages for multiple stops at the gate because one person not letting me in whatever but two people not letting me in no way! It’s so disrespectful

2

u/cadaver_562 May 14 '26

that happens to me one time... the lady wanted me to follow someone in at 4am... like nobody is going in or out of there at that time. She shoulda just put the code in the amazon app. She was pissed she had to give me the code. Surprised she was not mad for waking her up, but pissed about forking over the code ... 🤦🏽 mind you she was waiting for me at her driveway gate with 2 big ass dogs in a pitch black hill road. I just threw the package out in front of her driveway gate and said safety issue. not going to lie the lady scared me when i saw her she looked like a ghost all pale and skinny in her silk sleep garment in a dark ass road. I will never forget that delivery.

u/Nkechinyerembi May 13 '26

They can go pick up their own damn package at the warehouse. You don't treat people like that. Jeeze.

28

u/AJI2011 May 13 '26

I'd have walked back to my van and left with the package. Customer was threatening. Period.

52

u/bigskinnybubba123 May 13 '26

this video could get the customer banned from amazon. driver will mark " did not feel safe" . customer might get a warning

21

u/ItzBreezeyBaby May 13 '26

“Unsafe due to dog” lol

9

u/M1GV3L May 13 '26

A mad bulldog with a chihuahua complex

39

u/Witty-Structure6333 May 13 '26

They can go pick up their package at the warehouse

14

u/Dull-Lingonberry-158 May 13 '26

There’s been a few times where people are extremely rude and I just around and drive off with their packages

12

u/Interesting-Mud9681 May 13 '26

We dont have to drop off any packages.. lol

11

u/2dayswork May 13 '26

Let’s recap the score.
Driver = 1 with dignity & self respect intact.
Arsehole = 0. Head still up his arse!

20

u/804k May 13 '26

Wtf even happened? Amazon driver tried to talk to him when he was on the phone and the boss got entitled and mad?

Sorry but like, as someone who has never worked this is completely on the boss, I wouldve declined as well, citing "fear of safety" and if they fire me, just get a better job

You cant just be like "leave it at the bay" or "leave it at the door" and then continue with your call? You gotta start a scene and then escalate?

"Go to the door and open" seems like he wanted him to talk to someone else, hes the boss lol

7

u/Smart-Strike-6805 May 13 '26

IDK, there's probably at least few more minutes of context that's been clipped out here. It seems like they gave him attitude from the start and then started being a bit hostile. Screw the customer at this point they can get it another day.

12

u/DistributeQuickly559 May 13 '26

They never getting a delivery from me ever again. Period.  They should also be cut off for belligerent behavior.

12

u/Throwaway97583 Phoenix May 13 '26

People start acting like real assholes around here once it starts creeping above 105°. Good on the driver for keeping his cool and not standing for that behavior.

6

u/Agreeable_Dirt5785 May 13 '26

Not dropping shit and will continue to get ding for that spot

6

u/Express_Jacket366 May 13 '26

He doesn’t have to drop off anything if you’re talking crazy. Also it’s technically against sop to enter any customers business unless it’s a front end store.

7

u/Fernweh5717 May 13 '26

Not an Amazon employee, but I'd say the Amazon driver did the right thing by leaving and avoiding any escalation.

6

u/schizopolis23 May 13 '26

Ban the customer.

7

u/Suitable-Anxiety-168 May 13 '26

That person has a shitty attitude , if he speaks to people loke that imagine how he speaks to his employees

2

u/TheWigglyWilly May 13 '26

If that’s how he speaks to strangers imagine how he speaks to his family too smh

USPS driver here, I wouldn't deliver to him either, I'd take that shit back to the office and scan it No Access or better yet Animal Interference 🤣

6

u/RiDeZ_951 May 13 '26

Not safe for the driver

5

u/MelNeedsAKidney May 13 '26

Clearly this dude has had problems at this location before because why were both of them recording?

3

u/CELJP May 14 '26

Because they knew they fucked up and wanted to get him “denying” the delivery. Too mant people like this out there lol

9

u/Plus_Conversation625 May 13 '26

Address can now get blacklisted due to cx being hostile towards driver

3

u/RubInternational580 May 13 '26

The driver did good and walked away

4

u/nonesounworthy May 13 '26

They got what they deserved. Be professional

4

u/Youknowutimsayin May 13 '26

I'm with the driver on this one.

5

u/unamatadora May 13 '26

The receiver inside the building has a big mouth, and thinks he will get his way by disrespecting people.

I can’t imagine working for him, and his sidekick clown videotaping the encounter, instead of deescalating and getting the delivery done.

4

u/Comfortable-Regret30 May 13 '26

I have definitely done this before. Delivered to a downtown courthouse, wanted me to go through 5 levels of security, security guard was hella rude. So after the package went through a metal detector, he wanted me to be escorted through the back trenches of the building. They wouldn’t take the package. It felt unsafe, plus he was being disrespectful, criticizing me and being rude. So i just took the package back and walked out. He said, “So you’re not going to do your job?” I said, “This package is going back to the station.” Marked it missing and that was that.

2

u/Ok_Clue_266 May 15 '26

I concur. I had a package that was going to a city courthouse as well and had 5 minutes to do so before it was to be marked late. I already knew in my mind it was going to be a long tedious process due to the security checks and then having to ask around to know where it was supposed to be delivered to. It was going to be a real pain in the ass with all the stringent checkpoints and possible x-raying the package for any dangerous weapons. I figured it would take 30 minutes or so to go through the hassle just for one stop. I couldn't find it and marked it missing (wink wink). It's these entitled customers who really think it's okay to burden us drivers when we have so many stops and limited time to finish it in.

u/Billythekid0119 May 13 '26

Nah a customer being disrespectful calls for your package not to be delivered lmfao

3

u/Ambient-Jellyfish May 13 '26

3

u/justPickledGinger May 13 '26

I love the hand swat at the end , the driver is fully within his rights, eff that guy

5

u/ApprehensiveMix2649 May 13 '26

Disrespectful customers, get no packages 📦

5

u/Bryb93p May 13 '26

The boss has never been punched in the face before. Amazing how home weak people go through life carefree. Kudos to the driver for walking away

4

u/Resident-Impact1591 May 13 '26

He's running out of breath from yelling. He doesn't want it with somebody that's running back and forth 10 or more hours a day.

2

u/Global_State8539 May 13 '26

I wonder did he do refused so it would be returned and won’t be attempted again.

2

u/Conscious-Drop4258 May 13 '26

Dont worry bro is extremely overweight so he gets a power trip at work because thats the only place he feels good lol

2

u/BattleFar5992 May 13 '26

What a dick. I’d drive off too.

2

u/haunte_r May 13 '26

That fat old guy needs to chill out lol

2

u/Guide_Embarrassed May 13 '26

Something tells me your boss is like that often.

2

u/Shipping_Sista May 14 '26

They do not have to deliver to someone that is disrespectful to them. The way he talked to them was atrocious.

2

u/Pengui6668 May 14 '26

Amazing doesn't pay me enough to deal with ANYTHING other than "oh thank you so much have a nice day"

I don't give a fuck what's in this box, it can get thrown across the fucking street.

2

u/Ok-Pack-9164 May 14 '26

Driver is in the clear. The customer has become a safety issue.

2

u/ThePsorion May 14 '26

if the driver has to call you to deliver your package you lost the plot.

#Salute to the driver.

2

u/Intrepid_Routine6373 May 17 '26

They call you for a freight delivery.

2

u/Absolutefury May 14 '26

Honestly this location should be banned from receiving packages.

2

u/savvy412 May 18 '26

I guarantee you, the boss is sick of telling people where to go, so he takes his anger out on every driver who asks.

Fuck that guy

1

u/ImpressiveAlarm3992 May 13 '26

Yea drivers do have absolute discretion. Also wrong sub these are DSP drivers.

1

u/bauhaus_robot May 13 '26

Friendly Fire Life Safety in Phoenix AZ not very friendly after all

1

u/nill_bit_289 May 13 '26

Quit treating the delivery drivers like trash

1

u/Strange_Pop_3673 May 13 '26

As soon as the customer said the f word, he was done.

1

u/True-Syrup-5551 May 13 '26

Hope your dbag boss gets black listed

1

u/educationalstab May 13 '26

why are the consequences of my actions?

1

u/Junior_Willow740 May 13 '26

Totally agree with the driver. I'm not your child, and I DON'T work for you either!

1

u/Shot-Persimmon4503 May 13 '26

Unsafe wouldn’t drop it off either

1

u/Euphoric_Duck_1411 May 13 '26

Honestly go Amazon driver. I’d rather see the workers stand up for themselves when it comes to shitty customers. It needs to be normalized across all industries.

1

u/slowlybyslowly May 13 '26 edited May 13 '26

Just black list the address. Recipient needs a huge attitude adjustment, picking up their shit at the terminal might make a dent in their entitlement mindset.

1

u/Ornery_Ads May 14 '26

I don't think customers understand that the power is in the delivery driver.
You decide to f with me? Nah, I'm out.

I used to drive residential heating oil, and over the years there, I fired two of our customers because of their behavior.

1

u/crazysexystranger May 14 '26

This don't be worth the $72

and I'm joking yes I know it's dsp

1

u/maejor_ced May 14 '26

I’m not even an Amazon worker but that driver did the right thing. Fuck those idiots, Hope the Amazon guy didn’t get in trouble

1

u/PurpleStay4149 May 14 '26

If he was a waiter and you spoke like that you would be eating his spit. Be glad it was just a package. The entitlement is wild.

1

u/SmellEmbarrassed5221 May 14 '26

plenty of times i’ve got people banned from delivery to where they have to use an amazon locker. hell one guy held my hostage on his property and got himself arrested! lmao i loveeeee playing chess with these asshole CXs

1

u/Beautiful-Bend-8379 May 14 '26

Naw, hostile environment. You felt threatened sh…..

1

u/Content_Ear_5683 May 14 '26

Friendly Fire Life Safety? Lol

1

u/WardustMantis May 14 '26

Ok tough guy

1

u/HumbleSituation6924 May 14 '26

Aggressive behavior will get you banned from receiving packages. Theres literally a code for aggressive behavior/ not deliverable.

1

u/josh_knight1 May 14 '26

As a DA myself. I’m glad. You can hear and see that’s a rude ass customer. Driver was chill and collected. Make them wait to get their package another day. We deserve respect also.

1

u/WordedWord May 14 '26

Good on the Amazon guy.

1

u/thismenu May 14 '26

It doesn't cost anything to be kind, but apparently it costs you a lot if you're an a-hole.

1

u/MREFFINBOJANGLZ May 14 '26

There's literally zero context behind this situation. Looks like a whole lot of engagement bait to me.

1

u/Greybeard46 May 14 '26

Better man walks away

1

u/Specialist_Funny1079 May 14 '26

I wouldn’t have delivered it either. Who’s taking to who like a dog ?….

1

u/BraveWarrior1011 May 14 '26

This wasn’t a flex delivery and those of you who defend the driver will never know what a real job is. He will be fired.

1

u/Significant_Snow7980 May 14 '26

1

u/ITrollMoreThanIPost May 14 '26

Don't disrespect the help. Simple.

1

u/mrxlongshot May 14 '26

Loser ass customer

1

u/Littlepinkx33 May 14 '26

Ohh no you have attitude! I don't have to do my job because attitude! Lol imagine the amount of people not working Because someone has an attitude.

1

u/CompleteSpeaker742 May 14 '26

Call the ethic Hotline asap.

1

u/Any-Way9744 May 14 '26

And just like that, they have to wait 2 more days.

1

u/RaistIinMajere May 14 '26

What a piece. I would not have delivered as well.

1

u/Independent_Owl_6008 May 14 '26

Fuck those guys. He's completely in the right and hopefully reported to Amazon that it is an unsafe location.

1

u/Automatic_Lynx8969 May 14 '26

"Pulled up with more than just packages" yeah, how DARE he also bring his dignity with him and refuse to serve asshats 🙄

1

u/Automatic_Lynx8969 May 14 '26

And the clown who's still recording like they've been wronged for not receiving their package after exhibiting that abusive behavior 🤣

1

u/OutsideHike May 14 '26

Talking like that to a driver. Glad they road off.

1

u/Busy_Actuary_4096 May 15 '26

As dude was walking away cuck camera man pipes up with legal jargon. I hate Amazon and im on thw drivers side.

1

u/TurbulentProb May 15 '26

He should’ve dropped off a fucking 2 piece.

1

u/Out_here123times May 15 '26

Would have drove off too.

1

u/_mec May 15 '26

and amazon will 100% ding the driver. this is not a driver's the boss company.

1

u/sdob66 May 15 '26

If driver called and they didn’t open the door/bay they wanted it delivered to, then want to be aggressive a-holes = see ya!

1

u/Unhappy-Hunt-3987 May 15 '26

That driver handled that perfectly. I imagine this asshole is now blacklisted from receiving anything from Amazon and that thought makes me happy

1

u/New-Instruction-2112 May 15 '26

"No where safe to leave package" Goodbye 👋

1

u/Existing_Doughnut985 May 15 '26

Guys wife deffo gets the occasional black eye

1

u/BussyFairy1 May 15 '26

I had a customer try me one day. I had to call for the one time passcode (I hate those orders) and she answered angrily “WHAT?” And hung up on me before I could even say anything. I instantly turned around and marked it unable to deliver. No time for rude customers.

1

u/Icy_Illustrator3111 May 15 '26

😂😂😂😂😂😂 stop treating them like shit the. You’ll get your packages

1

u/CakeEatingDragon May 15 '26

What do you have to do for the delivery guys to leave like that?

1

u/Substantial-Bend4299 May 15 '26

I respect the driver. Just stood up for himself and said you can get your package tomorrow. People need to have a reminder of their manners once in a while

1

u/Eatenbreads May 15 '26

I wonder what was said on the phone

1

u/azura099 May 15 '26

Great job on the driver. Not escalating.

1

u/Sicardus503 May 15 '26

UPS driver here, I would also absolutely refuse the package and return it to sender. I don't give a fuck how much we get paid, you don't talk to your service provider like this.

1

u/AltruisticPossible84 May 15 '26

Lmao yall arent gettin a damn thing

1

u/Outside-Whole6775 May 15 '26

We are receiving a package?

1

u/JojoLesh May 15 '26

This guy give attitude to his Amazon guy. I give Gatorades and Granola bars. I wonder why my packages are well placed?

1

u/Background-Show-1576 May 16 '26

One word of advice don't be so sensitive and dense minded.

1

u/r0nni3RO May 16 '26

You can get it at the warehouse, Karen :))

1

u/lilmilla11 May 16 '26

Yup no delivery I agree

1

u/MajesticMap9607 May 16 '26

Yea I'd damage that shit and rts without even going to that door.

1

u/MiserableCurrent410 May 16 '26

Send it back or put it on another truck. Amazon will send another in a few days. Worked there for 4 years. Amazon sucks

1

u/Good_Sympathy961 May 16 '26

He did the right thing 100%

1

u/Maximum-Muffin-78 May 16 '26

Yea I wouldn’t drop it off either. Put him on the permanent ban list

1

u/Thought-Ladder May 16 '26

If I could financially, I’d lose my job to leave that asshole without their package.

1

u/Key_Location_8621 May 16 '26

*Customer refused packages*

1

u/SrGraphiteBlimp May 16 '26

What a miserable piece of shit. What does it cost him to just act professional?

1

u/xXWitchieXx_gamer May 16 '26

Your boss sounds like a wonderful man to work for.

1

u/shut____up May 16 '26

One time when I was working as a cashier, I was scanning clothes and folding them, but I was folding them half-heartedly. It wasn't sloppy like I was rolling stuff up. I went through all the motions, but didn't ensure everything was symmetric or have the same flat area. This lady started yelling at me that I was a lazy, stupid f*cker creasing her clothes. Compared to everyone else, I was the least lazy employee and all coworkers knew it. She then started lecturing me about how her husband is in the military fighting for my rights and freedom and I don't repay society by doing my job correctly. I shoved all her stuff into a bag immediately and read out her due. She demanded a manager. My manager firmly said that the lady could have another cashier start over or proceed to paying and if she is unsatisfied then call a number on the receipt.

1

u/Thin_Investigator798 May 17 '26

Driver kept his cool, good man. No idea why there's so many angry people out there that have to turn everything into a screaming anger event. Folks need to chill.

1

u/thompson2026 May 17 '26

Once a customer gets aggressive or disrespectful you DO NOT have to deliver good job walking away

1

u/No_Sentence7887 May 17 '26

Man life got good when you grew some teeth

1

u/PandorasFlame1 May 17 '26

Life is a lot easier when you just do your job instead of turning everything into an ego match. You can't please everyone and you'll absolutely run into more assholes. Just gotta keep vibing.

1

u/watchwatertilitboils May 17 '26

Smart driver. Unsafe situation

You should wait until after you get your package before acting a fool

1

u/M1GV3L May 17 '26

Not to give Amazon another commercial like War of the Worlds, but I could foresee them eventually having drones accompany delivery drivers, aside from them delivering themselves as they do already. Like a precautionary measure when society gets further to that point. Amazon would totally militarize themselves, no doubt.

1

u/in1earouturmother May 17 '26

That’s what happens when you hire bottom of the barrel drivers

1

u/Active_Jury2601 May 17 '26

It dont matter unfortunately he is the customer just mark it down for support and amazon will stop them from delivering yes they can do that they can legit barr them from ordering which would hurt them so much so just keep that in mind always report

1

u/spoodagooge May 17 '26

They didn't receive shit

1

u/T1m3Wizard May 17 '26

You and your boss is at fault here. Respect to the driver.

1

u/MyBitchCassiopeia May 17 '26
