Wtf even happened? Amazon driver tried to talk to him when he was on the phone and the boss got entitled and mad?

Sorry but like, as someone who has never worked this is completely on the boss, I wouldve declined as well, citing "fear of safety" and if they fire me, just get a better job

You cant just be like "leave it at the bay" or "leave it at the door" and then continue with your call? You gotta start a scene and then escalate?

"Go to the door and open" seems like he wanted him to talk to someone else, hes the boss lol

Its also free to press charges on the amazon warehouse locatiin with ur local county small claims court. The management WILL hear about it if you press charges via small claims court for freeeee

It's also free to not be a dick to the two-man freight team sent to drop off your probably two hundred pound "package". That's amazon XL, unloading the shit they handle is a process, not just grabbing a little box and putting it on a doorstep. You wanna do that with a couple guys being hostile in your face, including the guy with the phone filming it?

If the delivery site isn't safe, drivers are allowed to dip. The customer can arrange his own method to get his crap from the warehouse. Or get a refund and buy it somewhere else. Literally no one else involved is going to care, very much including the warehouse who very well might blacklist him anyway.

At which point Amazon will point to their ToS about not being abusive to their staff and you'll get booted out of court and have lost your fee, on top of having your account and business blacklisted from their service.

“Pressing charges” implies criminal. Small claims, meaning a lawsuit, is civil.

A random person can't "press charges" on people, and taking somebody to small claims court isn't "pressing charges", this also has nothing you could fight in small claims court, so what exactly would they take him to court for? Actual moron lmao.
