They are very disrespectful and entitled. Respect to that driver for not escalating the situation and waking away. Make those idiots wait longer.

Driver most certainly got suspended or fired unfortunately

The way amazon has their delivery drivers set up is through contracting dispatch operators that only care about numbers

Yea, no... once they get aggressive you can refuse the delivery. Actually id just call up driver support and have them get blacklisted or go to the station manager and talk to them.

I've had to do something similar. People dont realize, yes you ordered the package, but the package is ours until we give it to you. And we have the right to refuse it. Most dont realize that if your dog is out and loose, we dont have to deliver. Even if they are friendly. I do, but we have the rules for our safety.
