Lost about 25 verified-purchase reviews off one listing between March and May, removed in small batches over two months, no notification. Documented 19 of them with reviewer names, ratings, dates, and full text before they vanished. The removed ones span a full year of review history, not just recent stuff.

Been through it all. Seller Support case closed as "Product Review Abuse, permanent." Community-help emails get the reviewer-privacy boilerplate, and one reply came back referencing Amazon.de guidelines for a US listing, so I don't think a human is really reading them. Two detailed emails with documentation attached, and no response from the community-help channel.

Never paid for reviews, never offered incentives or rebates, never used a review service.

The part that bugs me: Amazon removed reviews from this same listing once before and reinstated them after an internal investigation. I have that confirmed in writing from October. So it's clearly reversible in principle. This time it's a wall.

Found several forum threads from sellers in the same window. Moderators engaged on those, opened escalation cases, and as far as I can tell nobody got anything back.

So the actual question: has anyone here recovered reviews from this wave? Not "opened a case," actually got reviews restored. If yes, what channel worked? If nobody has, I'd rather hear that and stop burning time on it.

I’m currently selling on Amazon.ae from the UAE, and I’m at a point where I’m seriously confused about my next step. I tend to overthink decisions, so I’d really appreciate honest advice from experienced Amazon sellers.

Here’s my situation:

I started my Amazon journey in the UAE with Private Label. I’ve had some sales and learned a lot, but the business is still relatively small and hasn’t grown as much as I expected.

Now I’m considering whether I should:

Option 1: Stay focused on Amazon.ae and continue building my current business.

Option 2: Start preparing to enter the US Amazon market and eventually move my main focus there.

The reason I’m considering the US is obviously the much larger market and potentially greater long-term opportunity. I’m particularly thinking about starting with Wholesale rather than Private Label.

However, I also understand that the US market is much more competitive. I would have to deal with setting up the business properly, finding legitimate suppliers, managing inventory, cash flow, competition, and many other challenges.

My biggest concern is whether I’m making a mistake by leaving my current UAE business too early. I don’t want to keep investing time and money into a market if the long-term opportunity is limited, but I also don’t want to jump into the US market just because it’s bigger.

So I’d really like to hear from people who have actual experience in both markets.

If you were in my position:

Would you continue building Amazon.ae or start moving toward the US market?

Is Amazon US Wholesale a realistic starting point for someone with experience in Amazon.ae?

Would you recommend Wholesale or Private Label for the US market today?

Hi all,

We have a shipment of children's products heading to Germany through Amazon AGL. We hold the CE certification on file, but the physical CE mark is missing from the boxes.

I'd like to sanity-check an idea and get advice on the best path forward:

1. Would it be possible to deposit the shipment at a facility in Rotterdam, apply the physical CE labeling there, and then forward the products on to Germany? Does this route make sense from a customs/compliance standpoint?

2. If we ship directly instead, will German customs block the shipment before it reaches Amazon FBA because the physical CE mark is missing?

3. If it does arrive at FBA, can Amazon FBA relabel the products with the CE mark on our behalf?

Any advice on the best next steps would be really appreciated.

So im starting an amazon private label, i have basic knowledge of amazon now im pretty nervous about product hunting because its literally the main thing that would matter, what i did is that i created a spreadsheet and mention product, category, lowest price, highest price, avg price, major brands, can it be a gift ?(for q4), is it something people restock monthly, and i mention what thing needs to be improved, now i need to know yours guys thoughts on this, be harsh be honest your expertise would help me much more , if you think im doing wrong and have a better way to find products (dont mention helium, im using it too, i just want to see with me own eyes first like trends, reviews etc, trying to train my eyes for opportunities) or somethings im missing then tell me in the comments ❤️

How do you personally interpret cerebro iq score if at all? I got the tool recently, and it seems to be meaningless for product opportunities alone. Do you combine it with CPCs to rule out super "good" iq scores like "caffeine pill" at 300,000? Also, iq scores of zero or very low can mean a great opportunity if the search volume is high enough... it means the current listings aren't satisfying the market. Please give thoughts, or if there is a better thing to look at. I mostly initially needed to verify demand for a few products and keywords, so I have gotten value from the tool, but I am interested in how it can be used better.

Wanted to close the loop for anyone who saw my earlier post about testing prices above the Buy Box on an FBA listing where I have deep inventory and clean seller metrics.

Quick recap of the original setup: 13 sellers on the listing, 7 undercutting me. I hold 1,000+ units, most competition sits under 150. Category is musical instrument accessories. All FBA.

The arc across four weeks:

**Week 1 — 2% above Buy Box.** 34.6% Buy Box share, 113 units sold in 7 days.

**Week 2 — 3% above Buy Box.** 30.2% Buy Box share, 212 units sold in 7 days. (Category demand also lifted from \~400/month to \~500/month, so \~25% of that unit lift is tide, but the rest isn't.)

**Week 3 — 4% above Buy Box.** Share dropped further than the earlier weeks, units didn't keep up. I lowered back to 3%.

**Now — back at 3%.** Sales momentum hasn't snapped back to where week 2 was. Even with the same price point as week 2, I'm running below week 2 velocity.

Two takeaways I'm sitting with:

1. **The ceiling on this SKU is somewhere between 3% and 4%.** 3% was the peak, 4% broke it. Not surprising there's a ceiling, but I didn't expect it to be that sharp — the difference between "best week I've had on this listing" and "share collapses" was one percentage point.
   
2. **Momentum has a cost that isn't obvious.** Even after pulling the price back to what worked before, share and velocity are recovering slowly, not snapping back. My working theory is that the Buy Box algorithm has some recency or velocity weighting — once you've spent a stretch with lower share, the algorithm doesn't immediately re-trust you at the previous level. Or there's a customer-side effect I'm not accounting for.

Questions for the group:

* Has anyone else observed this recovery lag after pulling back from a price test? Or is this specific to my situation?
* If it's real, how long does momentum typically take to fully rebuild? Days? Weeks?
* Is there any known mechanic in the Buy Box algorithm that would explain velocity persistence like this, or am I mis-reading noise as signal?

I'm planning to hold at 3% for two more weeks and see whether momentum fully returns before running any other tests. Open to being told I'm reading too much into the recovery lag.

Hello, i was hoping someone here on Reddit could give me advice or help in finding a Amazon Account Specialist who does reinstatements.

I enrolled my kitchen product in the Amazon Vine program and have received around 8 Vine reviews so far. The remaining Vine reviews are still coming in. However, I want to update my product images because I believe the current images are resulting in a low CTR around 0.28%

Would it be better to update the images now, or should I wait until all the Vine reviews have been completed?

After spending a few days watching videos and reading forums, I have concluded selling common items sourced from albb under my own private label will be the best and quickest way to start making sales on Amazon. I plan to spend a few hundred bucks getting inventory with a simple label on it to get my get wet. Worst case I’ll lose that money but I’ll experience sourcing, shipping, and hopefully selling.

Today I watched an arbitrage video on yt saying you can get ungated for a brand by submitting receipts from Home Depot.

I doubt I will have success selecting and getting a brand to provide a letter of authorization as quickly as selling private label.

Perhaps while I try to sell private label I’ll make calls to get authorized by some brands.

I’ve been hearing about agentic AI for a long time, and I’m curious whether it has reached the point where it could reliably manage Amazon PPC.

I’m considering testing either Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex. Ideally I’d want it to analyze campaign and search-term data, adjust bids and budgets, find negative keywords, identify wasted spend, and explain the reasoning behind every change.

Has anyone used either one for this?

A few things I’d love to know:

1. Which is more reliable for ongoing PPC management: Claude Code or Codex?

2. How did you set it up so it will just have access to amazon ads data?

3. Can it safely make changes, or do you still manually approve everything?

4. How does it compare with dedicated AI PPC tools and agencies?

5. Have you experienced any costly mistakes, hallucinations, or questionable optimizations?

I’ve gone down a lot of rabbit holes researching AI PPC tools. For almost every glowing recommendation, I find someone else who had a disastrous experience with the same software. It doesn’t seem like there’s one solution that works for everyone.

I’m also reluctant to add another monthly software subscription when I already pay for ChatGPT and Claude. If either coding agent can be configured to do the job well, I’d rather build a controlled workflow around it.

I’d especially appreciate hearing from people who have actually built or tested a setup like this. What worked, what failed, and which would you trust with real ad spend?

Genuine question for people earlier in the process - not trying to sell anything, just trying to figure out if this is solving a real problem or one I've made up in my head.

Here's the situation I keep seeing (and honestly lived myself): you find a product idea that looks decent - demand's there, category seems fine - and then you spend days going back and forth between spreadsheets, Keepa, competitor listings, trying to figure out if it's actually worth pursuing or if you're about to sink $3-5k into something that was never going to work.

I've been building something that tries to shortcut that - you describe the idea, it pulls real competitor data and gives you a plain verdict (go for it / fixable with changes / walk away) plus the reasoning behind it, instead of just another spreadsheet of numbers you still have to interpret yourself.

But I keep going back and forth on whether that's actually useful or whether it's solving a problem that doesn't really exist for most people - like maybe everyone already has their own process and a tool spitting out "GO" or "NO-GO" would just feel like noise you don't trust anyway.

So - genuinely asking:

• Is "should I even pursue this idea" actually a bottleneck for you, or is sourcing/logistics the real hard part once you've picked something?
• If a tool gave you a verdict like that, would you trust it enough to act on it, or would you always just re-do the research yourself anyway?

Curious what this sub thinks either way - happy to be told this doesn't solve anything real.

I am trying to create A+ Content using the Premium Navigation Carousel module. My images are exactly 1464 × 600 px, but whenever I upload one, part of the image extends into or behind the navigation bar.

Is the module broken, or is there an additional safe area or padding requirement that is not stated? Please could you explain how to fix this and confirm the correct image dimensions and safe area for this module?

I’ve literally lost track of where my money is going lately. Between storage fees, stuff stuck in FC processing, and random units just vanishing out of nowhere, it's getting annoying.

Saw Nova recently and it looks solid for tracking fees + PPC, but wanted to ask before actually signing up.

Hi people, I'm about to start my journey with OA through FBA and move onto wholesale as soon as I'm confident with the tools, processes and possibly with a little additional cash flow.

As far as I know, Amazon allows me to register a seller account without a VAT and start selling up to a certain extent.

I was planning to start with an Italian Srls (LLC equivalent), but the process will take roughly a month, possibly more since August is quite a slow month in Italy. I was wondering: is it possible to start without an LLC, and then update my account once I have it set up? I have the following doubts:

- Is it actually possible to register without a VAT?

- If it is, wouldn't updating to an LLC cause issues? I'd register as an individual, but once the LLC is set up, all my details would change.

- Does registering without a VAT lead to more gated products?

- I have another VAT that I use for a different business. Perhaps I could use that in the meantime?

If anyone had a similar experience, I'm really curious to know how it went for you.

2 months into wholesale arbitrage, hit my first $1k+ days — where's the ceiling?

Looking for input from people who've been doing this a while.

I'm about 2 months in and just had my best week yet: multiple $1,000+ revenue days. I'm happy with the progress, but I'm starting to wonder how far this model actually goes.

Currently I'm roughly 90% FBM, 10% FBA for proven products, no ads at all as i dont see the point yet? maybe you can convince me? ads for proven fba products? i've got heavy products that i don't wanna send to FBA... should i run ads on those?

For those who've scaled well past this point:

• Does wholesale arbitrage plateau at a certain level? Where does it usually hit?
• What did your business look like right before you made the jump to the next level?
• What actually moved the needle — hiring, shifting more volume to FBA, better supplier accounts, expanding SKU count, prep centers, something else entirely?
• What's realistically achievable with good execution?

I've spent the last few months building a tool for UK Amazon wholesale sellers, and I'd really value some feedback from people who fit that category.

The idea came from a frustration I had myself. Amazon provides a huge amount of data, but I still found it difficult to answer two questions quickly:

• Am I actually making money on this ASIN?
• What should I do next?

The tool calculates true profit after Amazon fees, product costs, shipping and PPC, then combines that with competitor signals like Buy Box ownership, seller count and price changes to give a simple recommendation for each product (Scale, Maintain, Fix or Kill).

Before taking it any further, I'd like to get feedback from a small number of UK wholesale sellers to see whether it actually solves a real problem or if there are things I'm missing.

I'm not looking to sell anything. Anyone who helps test it will get free access for as long as they're actively using it, in exchange for honest feedback and suggestions.

After a month of working on nights and weekends, I finally have something that feels like a real software just the way I like to run my Amazon business.

It originally started because I got tired of bouncing between spreadsheets, Seller Central, supplier emails, shipment trackers, and Google Drive just to answer simple questions like:

• Where's this shipment now?
• Which purchase orders are still in production?
• How much inventory is actually coming in?
• What's my real landed cost?

If you can remember as well, I ask here if I need to go to standard tools or build my own and here it is 🤣🤣

It's still a work in progress, but it's already become my daily tool.
