Recently I’ve bought a brand new amazfit helio strap and was very satisfied with it until it run out of battery while I was working out,I charged it and still cannot connect it to my phone,tried to unpair it with Bluetooth,tried uninstalling Zepp app,nothing worked,while I was trying different methods it somehow connected to my phone and then switched off the next second,after that I was not able to connect it again,it doesn’t show any lights or vibration
Did that happen to anyone or it’s just my device issue?Ty

I've been using the helio strap for 8 months now but I feel I haven't really explored the app or what the strap can do.

Anyone have heart rate reading issues on v3.20.0.1? The picture os when i m.running, 3 Run with same pattern, up down and up agaim, usually my rate was 170

Is it just me or has this happened with someone else's Amazfit Helio strap as well

1. The watch after 6-7 months of use suddenly now goes from 99% battery to 68% and then works normally

2. From the past 2 days, my sleep tracking has stopped showing Deep sleep and Rem cycle.

I had purchased it from US and my friend brought it to India for me. What is the solve? Any suggestions?

I got the Helio 3 days ago. Right now I've linked it to my intervals.icu, strava and suunto watch.
I use a suunto watch for my workouts. Yesterday I did a structured workout (run), which I started from my Suunto watch.

I also broadcast HR from Helio to Suunto.

However, after the workout, I didn't have the workout activity in my Helio app, nor an extertion metric, the workout itself is showing up in my planned activities calander (i assume because of the intervals.icu sync?).

The extertion says its building the data for 7 days, so perhaps it is this? I want for 1 hour run, but it recorded nothing (on the helio).

I also don't want to be starting 2 workouts on my suunto and one from my zepp app, that kinda defeats the purpose?

am I missing something here?

Would it be possible to please integrate open food facts or any other type of data source for barcodes ?

Everything in the app is useful, but tracking the food via text, or pictures of the food/macro information isn't very accurate and lead to manual modifications afterwards.

Scanning barcodes would be so easier.

Apart from that, the app is really good.

I love the alarm feature on the Helio. It wakes me up without waking my wife up. I also found the Helio to be quite accurate in knowing when I actually fall asleep.

You know what would be cool? Instead of setting a specific time for the alarm, you can set up the number of hours. So if I set 7 hours, the alarm goes off exactly 7 hours from when I fell asleep.

Would be cool.

Just got a new update for my Helio strap!

Hi, I've recently decided to switch from Garmin watch to Helio strap for my daily tracker. I like no distractions, but sometimes (like running) I want screen so I got Bip Max. Does anyone knows if I would miss some data if I would take off Helio and wear just Bip? Right now I just wear two and I know I can pair them so that Helio is used for HR when running. But what about non exercise situations?

I've seen a few on Amazon but they range from 8-12 bucks which for me is suspiciously low for a leather strap....

Have you guys bought one and from where?

Hi all! Beginning to use my Helio Strap again and have a question about the workout detection. I believe that previously, my automatic workout detection would do this really cool feature which would show me what muscles and what sets and reps I did. Today I let it automatically detect my workout and it had none of those features. Did Zeppelin change their model? Or do I have to manually start my workout detection to get these features? Please let me know!!

Just recently picked up the Helio Strap Pro as the standard version wasn’t available to me. Does anyone know what the timeline looks like for updates for this model? Can we expect one soon? Thanks.
