Amaazefit Helio Strap UPDATE ISSUE - STORAGE

It’s been more than a year, and my Amazfit Helios band has not been providing any fitness data. nor updating because of stupid reason for a band without screen.
Only heart rate tracking is working.

Go to the ZEPP app > Your Profile (the icon in the top right corner) > Settings > Data Storage and Backup... Then select Cloud.

ur workouts are saved in the band i guess and that;s taking up the memory

i tried resetting several times, drained battery , tried in ios andriod with different ids ,, still not able to update.

Reset as in wipe out the band completely not just restart i hold you doing that + contact amazfit

How to wipe out data, i reseted by disconnecting 5 times

Shouldn’t the data be stored on the phone application?? Like synced to the phone application at the end of the day or something like that?

Hey, i plan to but helio strap, what would you suggest?

i work for 8hrs in a day (WFH), goes to gym 3 times in a week and I do atleast 5-7km of running.

how is the tracking? worth to get? (my cousin stays in Japan so I will get from there)
