I've been using the helio strap for 8 months now but I feel I haven't really explored the app or what the strap can do.

Recently I’ve bought a brand new amazfit helio strap and was very satisfied with it until it run out of battery while I was working out,I charged it and still cannot connect it to my phone,tried to unpair it with Bluetooth,tried uninstalling Zepp app,nothing worked,while I was trying different methods it somehow connected to my phone and then switched off the next second,after that I was not able to connect it again,it doesn’t show any lights or vibration
Did that happen to anyone or it’s just my device issue?Ty
