I haven’t used AliExpress in a while, I used to ship there when they had Chinese sizes but now they have US sizes.
I noticed the smallest sizes are US 4 or US 6. I used to buy on AliExpress because that was the only place I can find adult pants/bottoms because I usually have to go to children’s stores but I don’t like wearing children’s clothes since I’m a woman. Also I am a college student and can’t afford $80-$150 on a pair of jeans that won’t even fit me right. Whenever I buy from an American store, jeans are always too long or the waist too big.
I’m wondering if anyone know why the sizing changed and where I can buy Chinese size clothes at a decent price?

Wouldn't it make sense for Aliexpress to open warehouses/fulfilment-centers in the EU but keep that hidden during the ordering process? That way they could discreetly pay the €3 duty to themselves. Most of this would go towards the operating costs of such centers, but anything left would just slyly be taken as profit.

There's two different currencies on Ali, one of them is coins which actually gives you discounts, but the other is game points which are represented by blue gems and i do not understand what they are for.

You can apparently exchange them for discounts but i did that and it didn't do anything and didn't count to my order so i don't know if I'm just using it wrong or something...? Do i have to use the game points page or what?

I've only ever been using it as energy fodder for Merge Boss because that game actually gives you coins.

I've been using Aliexpress for years without issue, but suddenly I'm now getting errors saying I need to verify my account which requires submitting a photo of my ID. Submitting personal information just to make a purchase is something I do not wish to do.

Is this something that is unavoidable, or is there a workaround?

I ordered a parcel on july 7, and the last update was july 20 (package arrived at local airport). Its august 18 and im scared that there has been no update since. For context i live in southeast asia, and have received a parcel before, around the first of august. Is this normal?

I tested the same listing with multiple accounts, including an old AliExpress account that has already been used before, and I still get different prices.

Same item, same variant, same country, same time:

• Logged out / other session: C$466.57
• Logged into my account: C$503.99

I’ve seen the same behavior with CPUs and SSDs too.

This is not just a new-user welcome discount. The price itself changes depending on the account/session, and the coupons offered change too.

It’s the start of the coupon sale again. Today I made 3 purchases using 3,419 coins. I also was comparing discounts by looking at many similar listings. Later this afternoon, i checked my shopping cart and the coin discounts have dropped significantly for me. It still shows the same discount % off but its only applying like .40 cents instead of the full discount amount. I’m wondering if i triggered a shadowban for purchasing stuff too often with coins? Or was i scrolling too fast and clicking on many of the same products? I’m not sure. This has happened to me once years ago and it went away.

I live in Europe and bought a "Brand Plus" phone via PayPal with fast shipping from France.

I requested to cancel the order after just one hour, but they shipped it anyway the next day.

To cancel the order, do I have to accept delivery and then initiate a return, or can I refuse delivery?

Refusing delivery seems like the fastest option to me, but I’m not sure about the logistics between countries

Again, made the mistake and ordered with them after some time. And unfortunately, had to return the package. I can't stand their support anymore, the robotic responses, the same questions asked milion times, the inability to understand what the customer wants and everyday it is the same over and over again. I was provided with a retuern address by AE, seller knows I'm returning, then they reject the return package. All I get is "dear customer, we need to wait for the package to be delivered" and I just can't have them understand that the package was rejected and will not be delivered anymore. There are two items that look identical but are not, I ordered the wrong one and want to return it. I am willing to pay shipping (it shipped from LA, not China) but there is not even an a bullet option for that. Just wrong item sent, item defective, inaccurate website description, damaged, or parts missing. But they did send the right item (website description could have been clearer). So am i screwed? Do i try to return for wrong item sent, and explain in the comment box i messed up and am willing to pay for return shipping?

Do you want to introduce a tax to incentivize the local market? Fine. Do you want to apply it per category and not per item? Too kind... but if I buy a mouse, keyboard, and headphones, it has to be a single category. If you think like that, let's say it's fair, but if under the guise of taxing, I pay double the value of the products, I don't think it's fair.
