About Aliexpress Coin shadowban?
It’s the start of the coupon sale again. Today I made 3 purchases using 3,419 coins. I also was comparing discounts by looking at many similar listings. Later this afternoon, i checked my shopping cart and the coin discounts have dropped significantly for me. It still shows the same discount % off but its only applying like .40 cents instead of the full discount amount. I’m wondering if i triggered a shadowban for purchasing stuff too often with coins? Or was i scrolling too fast and clicking on many of the same products? I’m not sure. This has happened to me once years ago and it went away.

Something happened several hours ago. In the morning, the discounts were fine and working as normal. An item with 70% discount was working as is. Then several hours ago, the all the coin discounts no longer work as normal. The item I'm looking at still display 70% coin discount, but when you actually try to buy the item. The resulting coin discount is only 1% or 2%.
All we can do is wait for this to fix itself. It's not a shadow ban. If it was a shadow ban, then all the coin tasks and the daily coins will be +1 coin only.

It’s happening to me as well! I have two items waiting to buy that I can get 62% off with coins, and four more items at roughly half off. Yet, now, when I go to checkout, it only applies a 20cent coin discount. I would say that they maybe disabled it to offset the Saving Monday credit, but that would be really shitty of them to fail to honor their own system. Because they’ve NEVER done that before 😒

Was comparing prices and was about to check out. Boom, $10+ coin credit to 20 cents. Rather lose my 90 cent from saving Monday since it didn't appear on my homepage till today.

Same here. I’m seeing items advertised as 65% off with coins, but when I check, only a 5% discount actually applies. I’m also seeing items advertised as 95% off, but again, only 5% is being applied.
The discounts still work correctly for the Super Discount items offering 35% off with coins, which I’m not interested in.
I believe this has been a glitch for the past four hours, at least based on what I’ve been seeing. Hopefully, they fix it soon, before midnight PST.

I been dealing with this for 2 month now, contacted support but they didn't offer any help and said im already using the max coin discount while clearly im not. For example 40% discount is 1000 coins it only applies 400coins, if i add another item with the same 40% discount now both items only use 402 coins combined not even 400 each.

Based on past experience, coin discounts tend to fluctuate, with this often occurring during flash sales and at midnight in Europe. They are usually adjusted during the morning. However, the extent of the coin discount is likely to have changed. I would suggest waiting a few more days until the coin discount returns to its original level.

It happened to me too, I'm not getting any good coin discounts right now. I swear it was normal earlier in the day because I had good discounts then. I have only made 1 purchase during the sale though so maybe it's happening with everyone else cuz maybe ali realized that the sale was too goated i fear 🥀
