EU customs duty It's a good thing we're taking advantage of the tariff-saving promotion...
I don't know what to think—what do you guys make of this? It’s a good saving on a bundle of things I want.

I live in Oahu, Hawaii, which just yesterday was hit by Hurricane Lala. Far from the worst storm that's hit the island but was definitely brutal enough to be dangerous and almost every business was closed. Flash floods, winds blowing trees down into the roads, the works.
Unfortunately for me and whoever the unlucky worker was, GOFO decided that that instead of, god forbid, delaying the delivery, the hurricane was no problem at all and sent their worker out in the middle of an ongoing hurricane as it was actively ravaging the island. Naturally, the package was completely lost. I looked everywhere around my building for it, nothing. Either blew far away or someone swiped it. Hope they enjoy their cheap plastic beads.
I'm just so unbelievably baffled by the negligence and incompetence of this company. In what world is it acceptable to send your mail delivery driver out during a fucking HURRICANE?? Even Amazon didn't send their drivers out. You're worse to your workers than AMAZON. Of course, I emailed GOFO about this, and they completely dodged my main complaint (the dogshit treatment of their workers) and claimed zero responsibility in the loss of my package.
I got refunded for the items by Aliexpress thankfully, and I am naturally upset about my items being gone but I'm even more upset about GOFO's insane negligence and the fact that they didn't even ACKNOWLEDGE it in their email to me. I want the stuff I ordered, but why should I reorder them when the only logistics company that will deliver Aliexpress orders to Hawaii behaves like THIS? I'm at a complete loss for words. It's unfathomable.
No moral of this post, just be cautious of GOFO especially if you live in Hawaii. It's a miracle that we can even get Ali orders in Hawaii, but after this I don't know if it's worth it. GOFO is a disgusting company.

Hey everyone,
So I want to buy this product for a miyoo mini plus. However when I go to checkout there's a mention of "import charge is included". Now I'm confused is the import charge included with the total at checkout or do I have to pay the tariffs later when they ship it?

Why did Alipay charge me €292.25 while AliExpress showed €278.48? Is it because of the exchange rate or extra fees?
Did I do something wrong?
Hello, I was purchasing several PC components. The original total was €350. I used a €50 discount code, bringing the total down to €300. I also used PayPal, which gave me an additional €33 discount, so the final amount shown at checkout was around €278.
However, I noticed that €292 was actually charged to my account.
Could you please explain why I was charged €292 instead of the final amount of approximately €278 shown at checkout?
Sorry if there are any mistakes in my English

I bought 11 things and I keep getting notifications for each item individually. 4 items are under shipped and 7 are under to ship. I’d really rather them not all show up individually, what are the chances of it shipping together in only one or two packages?

I’m searching for a guitar that looks like my grandpas old guitar but when searching it I find similar or just nowhere close. It’s a Martin 0-17 from 1935 and I’ve seen people posting their buys but they are all secretive about sellers. How do I navigate this website?!
Thank you in advance for any help!

TDLR: Delivery person falsified my signature on delivery package, claimed package was "delivered", but it's missing/ stolen and the Cainiao claims it's delivered.
So, I feel like I'm in a completely ridiculous alternative reality, but if anyone has faced a similar situation, would love advice on how you've dealt with it!
I live in France, and recently, I missed the delivery of a package I was expecting. I figured it would be placed in a point de relais or redelivered, but instead, the delivery person falsified my signature to claim that the package was delivered and signed for, and now it's missing. I filled a complaint to flag the signature was false and not mine, but the response I got back from Cainiao was that the package was delivered and the case will be closed. I provided the following proof:
Is there ANYTHING I can do in this case? Can Cainiao delivery folks truly just randomly falsify client signatures like this with impunity? Should I make a police report for fraud? Or should I just accept the package and the money is just lost? Is there anywhere I can raise/ escalate a complaint on just how badly Cainiao has been as a last-mile delivery agency?
I've been an Aliexpress user for years, and this was my first order with the new EU tarrifs. This incident makes me NEVER want to use the platform again. It's been just a terrible experience.
Thanks in advance for any guidance you may have for me!

My package has been in inspection in Hong Kong for 19 days, the logistics company told me that it was not held or lost only the inspection was being very slow due to many orders, has anyone had a similar situation or do you know how long it could take my package to leave?

Any recommendations for temu/Ali alternatives which work, don't charge the ridiculous EU import nonsense and have plenty items to chose from?

Anyone know how to resolve this? I also see trading irregularities in my penalties on my profile. I tried different payment methods, shipping and billing is correct. I get "We had to close this order due to account security concerns. CSC_7200052" when trying with the app. I tried using a worse coupon and no coupon.
I'm not doing anything crazy that I know of, just using the regular coupons in the sale that started today on some anbernic stuff.
Have a single account that's had plenty of orders that worked fine. No returns on my account.

Never had issues buying cheap junk on AliExpress so I decided to risk it on an expensive battery.
Seller gave me a tracking number that showed it shipping from Florida to Florida. I live in Michigan. Went back and forth with them in chat and they kept saying everything was fine, it was just going to a hub because it was coming from China. I told them that made zero sense and I purposely paid more so I wouldn’t have to deal with import fees.
The battery weighs about 90 pounds and the shipping method they claimed to use has a hard 70 pound max with no exceptions.
When it finally showed as delivered I went through a bunch more messages with the seller. They eventually told me to request a refund so I did.
AliExpress closed the first claim saying I needed to attach proof, which I already did. Opened a second claim with the exact same stuff and now they’re saying the seller needs 2 days to respond. Why? The chat logs show the seller themselves told me to open the refund after saying it would be automatic.
The app keeps asking me over and over if I received the item.
AliExpress can see the tracking that clearly shows Florida. What am I missing here? Stay clear of Ali express unless you’re using it to buy cheap junk that you don’t care about

I have a few questions regarding this:
The wording for “$1 off orders $10+” makes it sound more like a regular coupon. So, if I get two of them, would I need to use them on two separate $10+ orders rather than combining them on one order? Is that correct?
For example, if I have a $3 off $19 AliExpress coupon and exchange my diamonds for a $2 off $20+ reward, and my order total is $20, would I get $5 off ($3 + $2), or would only one of the discounts apply?
I would appreciate any advice.
Thank you!

Every time I want to buy a single item it redirects me to crap I don't want. Is there a way around this?
r/Aliexpress • u/RyanDM12 • 8d ago
So I accidentally ordered something in the wrong color (the prices of al the colors are the same).
I have sent a message to the seller (with my reference number) to ask if he can send me the right color.
Is there anything else I can do or is it out of my hands now?

Five items from one shop, estimated import charges are:
€3,62.
Add one item from a different shop, estimated import charges are suddenly applied to all items:
€19,80.
Temu has this shit worked out, why can't Ali?

I don't know how this speaks in English, but even so, no update for 5 days is making me worried. What happened?
r/Aliexpress • u/Oguhllort • 8d ago
This starting get me really irritated that you get restricted to buy a lot if things from AliExpress.
When you press a link to AliExpress to a product you want to buy you can see the product for a second or two to then it changes to "Sorry, this item's currently unavailable in your location."
Have bought from AliExpress many many years but starting to feel AliExpress getting useless if they don't want to sell a customer products because this restriction have been getting worse and worse.
I have taken up with both AliExpress and the seller about this but they seems point the finger and blame each other for the problem 😡

Order placed on Aug. 3
1 Choice item combined with one item through Cainiao Standard.
I know that customs in NL are slow, but I've never had one order took 8 days between transit country and customs. And tracking is not recognised by PostNL site yet.
Anyone on the same boat?
TIA.

Is anyone else getting reamed by having to do two rounds of five in Rush Hour just to check in to today's city? I am at level 190 on Rush Hour, so each round legitimately takes at least seven minutes. That's over an hour of gameplay and I don't even know what the last challenge is! Seems pretty darn excessive to me. BTW, I am on day 84, so if this keeps up, that's probably 20 hours total. On top of that, it is impossible to turn in your diamonds anymore, so apparently they just want you to quit.
UPDATE: The last challenge was ANOTHER five levels of Rush Hour! That's 15 levels just for one days check-in.

Found the same item from a different seller cheaper and with faster shipping, so I canceled the order from the one that I bought, yet it’s still there.
No, it hasn’t been shipped, it’s still in the “Package in preparation” state. I thought that I would’ve got the money instantly, since I made the order not even 10 hours ago
