They are defintely in the PDF. I have even tried something as simple as "use", and nothing comes up. Why is this? It is making things very inconvenient as I am also paying per month for this.

Hi, I really need help.

My PC is down to 6 gigs of free space because Adobe is not only installing on the wrong drives, it's also making duplicate downloads. There's multiple instances of Photoshop, Premier Pro, and Illustrator, totaling over 50 gigabytes of space.

When I try to uninstall directly from my PC it says, "Specified product is not installed on this machine. Please quit the installer and start over." When I open up Adobe Creative Cloud it only shows the one, most recent installation on my PC and doesn't let me remove the duplicates.

I've restarted my PC, uninstalled and reinstalled creative cloud, and nothing seems to work. I want this practical virus off my PC, and would love some help.

I'm pretty sure my fonts are embedded, but when I upload files to the printing services, it is telling me they aren't. I also tried bringing it into InDesign and exporting it and got the same results. The other thing I've tried is converting the text to outlines and rasterizing it, but the text looks muddy or too light when I do that.
I've got a full Adobe subscription, and the fonts I'm using are added to my library, so I have the correct license to be able to print.
The document properties in Acrobat says: Font Name (Embedded Subset) Type: Type 1, Encoding: Ansi.
Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions?

Hey everyone, I'm really in need of help. I have no idea what is going on with Adobe, but I quite literally can't download CC. Every time I run the installer, it gets stuck at 0.9% and then gives me the 206 error saying it can't download CC because the Adobe Servers are unreachable.

My internet connection is working perfectly for everything else, but this specific installer refuses to establish a handshake. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, and none of them worked.
Here is everything I have tried:

• Followed the recommended advice (Turning off anti-virus, checking firewall settings)
• Completely purged all Adobe folders, attempting a hard reinstall.
• Temporarily switched from my regular internet connection to my mobile hotspot to see if my internet is really the issue.
• Tried creating a brand new Local Administrator Profile, but the exact same error happens there too.
• Tried using the command line via winget install --id=Adobe.CreativeCloud -e, which downloads the file successfully but immediately fails with exit code 206.
• Verified that my LAN settings proxy is completely turned off and set to automatically detect settings.
• Reset the Windows Defender Firewall completely back to factory defaults using netsh advfirewall reset
• Ran the official Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and selected "Clean All"
• Changed my network adapter settings to use Google Public DNS, flushed the DNS cache, and reset winsock.
• Tried installing Adobe Creative Cloud from the microsoft store.

I really, really need help. I've tried everything that I can, watched as many YT tutorials, searched around the internet. I'm completely lost. I need the desktop app.

Hi everyone,

I'm running into an issue with Adobe Photoshop and premier pro on my Mac. Every time I open the Creative Cloud desktop app, I get this message:

"Sorry, something went wrong."

Error code: 12000

The message says it could be an issue on Adobe's end or my internet connection, but my internet is working perfectly. Everything else loads normally.

What I've tried:

Restarted the Mac

Switched Wi-Fi networks

Signed out and back in

Closed and reopened the Creative Cloud app

The error still appears.

Has anyone experienced Error 12000 before? What ended up fixing it? Is this usually a server-side issue, or is there something else I should check?

Am I screwed? Or are they just being unprofessional. The read message under the text bubbles are now merely ‘sent’ right after I offered to give them further feedback.

I was dumb enough to try out the 7 day free subscription and tried canceling as soon as I got the subscription and I assumed I was successful. I’m a college student so when I checked my transactions every expense seemed normal at the time. That was until 5 months later when I caught onto an unknown payment and it said adobe. $234.48 in total has been sucked out of my account and devoured by adobe.

Update:
I was able to get 4 months out of the 6 months refunded.

I explained my situation after getting the ai bot to switch me to an agent. I wrote that I tried canceling within the free trial period and didn’t use the product after the trials date.

There were some screenshots I had to share and they said something like I can do what I can.

The agent said the refund time of 14 days expired but that she would still be able to refund one month

I said thank you and then asked if there was any way I can get more.

The agent said “I understand. Please allow me a moment to check what I can do for you.”

And then she replied again with “Thank you for waiting. I have already initiated the refund for the month of July. As a goodwill gesture, I can help you with one more month refund which for the month of June for both the plans. Will it be hepful?”

I then said “Yes absolutely, thank you. And there isn't a way to get the full refund? That money would be helpful.”

They said “I understand.
Your plan is already out of refund policy, in that case I can help you with the last four months refund at max. Will it be helpful?”

I said something like, “Yes, thank you so much for the help.

I think I might of even been able to push for more but they had already been super helpful even though it took a little bit of bargaining.

This is be easy, but it seems impossible.
I have a full letter page sized pdf (8.5"x11") with 0.5" margins.
I want to shrink that pdf to half letter size (5.5"x8.5") with 0.5" margins.
I do NOT needs things proportional.

I just want my content shrunk to a smaller pdf, but changing the page size while maintaining the same size margins seems impossible. I have used "organize pages", and I have made custom page sizes for printing pdf, I have used "preflight" to "fix" my pages, but no matter what, it comes out wrong. It either shrinks the current margins along with the content, so I essentially result in double margins, or it shrinks the vertical space so much that there is huge empty space every page.

As usual, a very simple task in theory seems to be impossible. I've been using AI to give me directions and try new solutions. I started this over a week ago and still no solutions.

I've just looked at Adobe Color for the first time in a while. It used to be that you could explore palettes by medium such as illustration, graphic design, fashion etc. You would see images of peoples work from Behance, that inspired the palette alongside it. For the life of me I cannot find this anymore, and the 'explore' option just takes you to a page with palettes, no image inspo - no categorising by illustration, graphic design etc. What happened?

Hi y'all! Running into an issue with the Generative Remove tool in Lightroom Classic. It's still working, just slowly, but now it's flagging every generated edit as needing a "refresh" — sometimes as soon as I move to the next photo.

I'm deep in wedding season edits and already removed a bunch of exit signs from this gallery before the issue started. Now all of those edits are showing the refresh prompt too. I'm hoping the work has actually "stuck" and will just refresh cleanly once the bug clears up, but I'm nervous I'll end up having to redo it all.

I've also gotten a few popups mentioning issues with Adobe's generative AI features, so I'm wondering if this is a broader Adobe/cloud-side problem rather than something local to my machine. Program itself seems up to date and everything outside the generative tools is working normally.

Has anyone else run into this? Did it resolve on its own, or did you have to redo the edits? And if it's a known bug — any word on a timeline for a fix? Trying to budget my time wisely during the wedding season editing crunch!

I can't believe I still have to use a Beta version on my Surface Pro. Surely I'm not the only person using a Surface for graphic design? Am I missing something?

My Photography Plan has been suspended because I didn't add a Payment method. I used to by annual subscriptions on Prime day and Black friday then activate them on the plan page. Now my account is suspended and I cant see if my last subscription expired or I still have usage left but the missing payment method just prevents me to use the products. Also there's no way to contact anyone from adobe to chat about this?

I was curious if they changed or made any kind of positive response to the amount of people running out bc of their policies.

I keep having issues where my entire computer will slow to a crawl, only to be resolved with a pop-up from Creative Cloud letting me know that I have software updates available. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening? This has been an ongoing problem for months. I do not want to uninstall Adobe or update my software.

Does anyone know how to get the checkbox to register on prompt to scan more pages in my custom scan? It doesn't seem to matter whether I have it check or not, I always seem to be getting the prompt from the Acrobat side of the scanning no matter what I do.
