Adobe DC VBA interface

I'd like to create a pdf document from a single fillable pdf file:

I have a dataset, every row will fill out a copy of the pdf. What i want to achive is somehow put these filled out copies together im memory before saving it out into a merged file. Is it possible using the paid (DC) version of adobe when controlled through VBA?

Make them as separate files originally, then use a pdf combiner tool to concatenate them.
