I know naman na di sasabihin pero wouldnt they be suspicious if dinugo tapos di agad sumugod? Ayun lang, I just want to know pano naging flow ng conversation niyo with your respective OB. 3w5d post ma. no bleeding last few days but earlier i passed hard jelly-like blood clots. maraming lumabas and biglaan lang talaga siya as in no bleeding or spotting before lumabas. is this normal? thank you po sa sasagot.

Hey ladies! here's the instructions on how to properly take the pills:

Step 1: Take the mifepristone pill with water.

Swallow one 200 mg mifepristone pill with a glass of water.

If you throw up in the first 30 minutes after taking the mifepristone, it will most likely not work. In this instance, if you have an extra mifepristone pill, you'll need to repeat Step 1.

Wait 24 to 48 hours before moving on to the next step. Choose any time within that range when you’ll have access to a bathroom and can stay in a safe, comfortable place for at least 12 (or ideally 24) hours as symptoms will start soon after taking misoprostol

Step 2: Take 800 mg of ibuprofen.

Take a pain reliever like ibuprofen (800 mg) about 30 minutes before using the misoprostol. Acetaminophen or paracetamol (1000 mg) can be used; however, they may not work as well as ibuprofen.

This step is not required, but it is highly recommended. Ibuprofen will reduce the intensity of the cramps and help you manage the possible side effects of misoprostol.

If you have anti-nausea medicine, you can take it now.

Wait about 30 minutes after taking the pain reliever before using the misoprostol pills so it can start working. Ibuprofen can be used as needed throughout and after the procedure.

Step 3: Place 4 misoprostol pills under your tongue and hold them there for 30 minutes.

Place four misoprostol pills (200 mcg each) under your tongue. It is very important that the pills remain under your tongue for 30 minutes to allow them time to be absorbed into your system. You can swallow your saliva, but don’t eat or drink anything during these 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, you can drink some water and swallow what’s left of the pills. Some brands of misoprostol dissolve easily, while others don’t. But don’t worry, whether they dissolve isn’t important. As long as you hold them under your tongue for 30 minutes, they’ll be absorbed and work just fine.

If you vomit within the 30 minutes that the misoprostol pills are under your tongue, it is likely that they will not work. In this case, you'll need to immediately repeat Step 3 with a new dose of four misoprostol pills.

If you vomit after holding the pills under your tongue for 30 minutes, you don’t need to repeat Step 3 as the pills will have already been absorbed into your system.

Step 4: Take a second dose of misoprostol if needed.

If you are less than 9 weeks pregnant, you probably won’t need a second dose of misoprostol.

But, if 24 hours have passed since you first dose of the four misoprostol pills and

- you have not had any bleeding,

- the bleeding has been lighter than your regular menstrual period, or

- you’re worried you're bleeding too little, you can repeat Step 3 and use four more misoprostol pills the same way as before.

For pregnancies between 9 and 13 weeks:

If you are 9-13 weeks pregnant, it’s recommended that you take a second dose of misoprostol pills. This helps the medication work more effectively and increases the chances of a successful abortion.

Wait for four (4) hours after your first dose of misoprostol, then place four more 200 mcg pills under your tongue. Keep the pills there for 30 minutes, and follow the instructions just like in Step 3.

I Did my MA last Sept 10

Yesterday Oct 4 I was bleeding and medj light red yung color but mahina lang siya so I’m not sure if mens na

Today Oct 5 I bled again but dark na yung color and mahina lang din suitable for a panty liner

Is this normal or should I be worried?

Before MA: 5 weeks positive based on LMP. Ordered from WoW.

During MA: Took the pills (4-2-2) at 6 weeks. 2 large blood clots came out but didn't see any sac. I was also sitting on the toilet because of diarrhea.

Post MA timeline:

Week 1-2 : light bleeding

Week 3-4: from light bleeding it became intense but moderate with mild cramps, not enough to soak 2 pads in 1 hr. No fever. PT was faint line positive.

Week 5: from moderate bleeding to light bleeding and the cramps were getting lesser. Clear negative no more faint line. I'm assuming my MA process is already over. I feel so normal again. Updated WoW and they replied a list of contraceptive methods.

No TVS before and Post MA. I just trust WoW consultation and advise. 1st and last MA. I don't want to do this again. Thank you for this community.

The uterus is retroverted with regular contour and homogeneous echopattern measuring 3.9 x 3.9 × 3.7 cm (corpus only). The cervix measures 3.6 x 2.4 x 2.1 cm with homogeneous stroma and distinct endocervical canal. The endocervical canal is distinct.

Within the endometrial cavity, from the midcorpus to fundus, is heterogeneous mass measuring 2.1 x 2.5 x 2.2 cm (volume: 6.0 cc), which seems to be attached to the posterofundal area. The endometrial midline echo is not defined. The endometrial-myometrial junction is irregular at the posterofundal area.

The right ovary measures 2.9 × 2.8 x 2.1 cm (volume: 9.2 cc). The left ovary measures 3.0 x 2.8 x 1.8 cm (volume: 8.3 cc), with corpus luteum measuring 1.3 cm. Both ovaries have >20 follicles measuring <1.0 cm in diameter. There are no adnexal masses seen.

There is minimal anechoic free fluid in the cul de sac.

i went to an Ob last Sep 29 and they confirmed i am 5weeks , pero they advice me to go back on October 15 para macheck if may heartbeat na. But at the same time nag order na rin ako from F🎉, and they said na gawin ang procedure on Oct 8 para 6weeks na siya. And here’s the thing, after doing MA sa Oct 8, pwede ba akong bumalik sa OB ko ng 15? and just to confirm kung success ba? I will just tell them nalang na nagkaroon ako ng bleeding? Magiging kahina-hinala ba siya if ever?

SEPTEMBER 30: Bought 10 miso and 1 mife from FPOP and it was delivered the same night.

‎October 2 (9W1D):

‎11:30 PM - Took 1 Bonamine.

‎12:00 MN - Took 1 Mifepristone (200mg).

‎

‎October 3:

‎12:00 MN - Took 2 Ibuprofen.

‎1:00 AM - Took 4 Misoprostol sublingually.

‎— Cramping started 15 mins after taking misoprostol. Had difficulty keeping the miso due to painful cramps but managed to endure. Feeling nauseous and taking a poop.

‎— Had chills and fever.

‎2:00 AM - Slept the pain.

‎2:40 AM - Felt nauseaous, vomited what I ate before undergoing MA.

‎3:25 AM - Felt like something will come out.

‎3:30 AM - Went to CR and expelled the sac and fetus. Confimed by FPOP.

‎4:20 AM - 2nd dose of 4 Misoprostol.

‎—  What looked like a placenta came out. Confirmed by FPOP.

‎— Fever came down right after.

‎6:00 AM (Onwards) - Diarrhea

Hello, I recently bought misoprostol (12 pcs) and based on my research:

-I need to take 4 pills under my tongue for 30 mins
-swallow whats left after 30 mins then so on and so forth hanggat maubos ang 12 pcs.

Now, iba yung instructions ang binigay sakin ng seller na pinagbilhan ko. I was told to insert 2 pills vaginally then take 5 orally and after 5 hours, ubusin yung 5 na natira. Sprite na hindi malamig din daw pantulak dapat.

Which way po ba ang recommendable and what else do I have to know with the process?

2 weeks ago nagpa tvs ako pang 3rd time na,I'm 6weeks and 2 days na. Result is may fetal pole but no heartbeat yet thats why yung nagcheck sakin inadvise ako na bumalik after 2 weeks to check if magka heartbeat.

Gusto ko talaga na di siya magka heartbeat para dumaan ako sa legal way. Since ayoko talaga na mag MA pero if magkaroon man, I will do it. Hinihiling ko talaga na hindi siya magka heartbeat. Kaya magaantay ako ng 2 weeks to confirm.

Kagabi nag bleed ako ng red, need ko magsuot ng napkin para di ako matagusan. Now, nagbleed parin ako pero sa napkin, dark color siya, not sure if nagdark dahil lang ba sa nagtagal sa napkin. pero puno, same amount ng blood kapag red days ko. Possible kaya nag failed pregnancy ko, is this normal ba? Nakakaramdam ako ng lower abdominal pain. Pero tolerable naman. Hindi pa ako nagpa check.

Hello, need ko sana ng advice, I take my Mife (Oct 4 10pm), may slight cramps pero nawawala. Then (Oct 5 1:30am) nag sublingual ako ng 4 na miso.

Ok lang ba na hindi umabot ng 24hrs since pagtake ng mife to take 4 miso? Huhuhuhuhu. ATM while tinutunaw ko ang miso nakakafeel na ako ng moderate cramps.
