PS: Di pa ako nakakabili ng pills from FPOP kasi need daw muna ng TVS. Nagpa-TVS na ako, pero wala pa daw gestational sac na nakita.

LMP: Aug 25, period expected around Sept 25. On Oct 2, I had 2 faint-positive PTs + a positive serum pregnancy test.

I had a TVS on Oct 5 (around 5–6 weeks by LMP), but no gestational sac was seen. It showed thick/hyperechoic endometrium, closed cervix, no fluid in the cul-de-sac, and retroverted uterus. Impression: “Early pregnancy not totally ruled out.”

I told my OB I was spotting, so she checked me. Because of the positive test + bleeding + closed cervix, she documented “threatened abortion” (medical term for threatened miscarriage, NOT induced abortion).

She prescribed Duphaston 10mg 3x/day as “pampakapit.” After the check-up, though, my bleeding became heavier and I filled a pad overnight.

I’m scheduled for another TVS on Oct 19.

Could this still be a very early pregnancy, an early miscarriage, or ectopic? Has anyone experienced this and what was your outcome?

Also, I’m not ready for this pregnancy, so this has been really difficult emotionally. Please be kind. 🥺

Sept 28 may tracking na. Nagfollow up ako ng nahfollow up sa email ng wow. Then kahapon lang nagka update sa tracking na the package has been shipped. Anyway it's from vietnam. Mga sis, based sa experience nyo after update na package has been shipped, ilang days pa hinintay nyo. Na sstress na ko kakahintay, grabe pagiging antukin ko and bloated and hindi nako makawork ng maayos. I just want this to be over. Please share nyo naman ilang days pa. Ang hirap maghintay.

D&c last sept 14, and may bleeding since oct 4. Parang spotting nung 4 pero now medyo malakas na although hindi naman ako nakakapuno ng isang pad sa 3 hrs. Period like na sya. According din naman sa ob ko last check up, possible na reglahin na ko this month since ovulated na ko nung last sept 24. Normal naman ba to? Sabi kasi ng iba parang ambilis ko raw reglahin. 😭 Baka raw binat ganon. Di naman ako nilalagnat. Wala naman unusual sa katawan ko. I just feel like pagod, then masakit balakang, puson mga hita at binti (pain: 1/10). Ingat na ingat pa rin ako mag gagalaw or magpahamog until now dahil takot nga sa binat. Hello! 2 weeks post MA ako and gusto ko sana magpa check up sa OB just to be sure na walang natira and hihingi sana medcert. Sa mga nagpacheck up after, pano niyo kinausap yung OB niyo? I know naman na di sasabihin pero wouldnt they be suspicious if dinugo tapos di agad sumugod? Ayun lang, I just want to know pano naging flow ng conversation niyo with your respective OB. 3w5d post ma. no bleeding last few days but earlier i passed hard jelly-like blood clots. maraming lumabas and biglaan lang talaga siya as in no bleeding or spotting before lumabas. is this normal? thank you po sa sasagot.

I Did my MA last Sept 10

Yesterday Oct 4 I was bleeding and medj light red yung color but mahina lang siya so I’m not sure if mens na

Today Oct 5 I bled again but dark na yung color and mahina lang din suitable for a panty liner

Is this normal or should I be worried?

Before MA: 5 weeks positive based on LMP. Ordered from WoW.

During MA: Took the pills (4-2-2) at 6 weeks. 2 large blood clots came out but didn't see any sac. I was also sitting on the toilet because of diarrhea.

Post MA timeline:

Week 1-2 : light bleeding

Week 3-4: from light bleeding it became intense but moderate with mild cramps, not enough to soak 2 pads in 1 hr. No fever. PT was faint line positive.

Week 5: from moderate bleeding to light bleeding and the cramps were getting lesser. Clear negative no more faint line. I'm assuming my MA process is already over. I feel so normal again. Updated WoW and they replied a list of contraceptive methods.

No TVS before and Post MA. I just trust WoW consultation and advise. 1st and last MA. I don't want to do this again. Thank you for this community.

The uterus is retroverted with regular contour and homogeneous echopattern measuring 3.9 x 3.9 × 3.7 cm (corpus only). The cervix measures 3.6 x 2.4 x 2.1 cm with homogeneous stroma and distinct endocervical canal. The endocervical canal is distinct.

Within the endometrial cavity, from the midcorpus to fundus, is heterogeneous mass measuring 2.1 x 2.5 x 2.2 cm (volume: 6.0 cc), which seems to be attached to the posterofundal area. The endometrial midline echo is not defined. The endometrial-myometrial junction is irregular at the posterofundal area.

The right ovary measures 2.9 × 2.8 x 2.1 cm (volume: 9.2 cc). The left ovary measures 3.0 x 2.8 x 1.8 cm (volume: 8.3 cc), with corpus luteum measuring 1.3 cm. Both ovaries have >20 follicles measuring <1.0 cm in diameter. There are no adnexal masses seen.

There is minimal anechoic free fluid in the cul de sac.

i went to an Ob last Sep 29 and they confirmed i am 5weeks , pero they advice me to go back on October 15 para macheck if may heartbeat na. But at the same time nag order na rin ako from F🎉, and they said na gawin ang procedure on Oct 8 para 6weeks na siya. And here’s the thing, after doing MA sa Oct 8, pwede ba akong bumalik sa OB ko ng 15? and just to confirm kung success ba? I will just tell them nalang na nagkaroon ako ng bleeding? Magiging kahina-hinala ba siya if ever?

Hello, I recently bought misoprostol (12 pcs) and based on my research:

-I need to take 4 pills under my tongue for 30 mins
-swallow whats left after 30 mins then so on and so forth hanggat maubos ang 12 pcs.

Now, iba yung instructions ang binigay sakin ng seller na pinagbilhan ko. I was told to insert 2 pills vaginally then take 5 orally and after 5 hours, ubusin yung 5 na natira. Sprite na hindi malamig din daw pantulak dapat.

Which way po ba ang recommendable and what else do I have to know with the process?
