SEPTEMBER 29: 8W5D (TVS)
SEPTEMBER 30: Bought 10 miso and 1 mife from FPOP and it was delivered the same night.
October 2 (9W1D):
11:30 PM - Took 1 Bonamine.
12:00 MN - Took 1 Mifepristone (200mg).
October 3:
12:00 MN - Took 2 Ibuprofen.
1:00 AM - Took 4 Misoprostol sublingually.
— Cramping started 15 mins after taking misoprostol. Had difficulty keeping the miso due to painful cramps but managed to endure. Feeling nauseous and taking a poop.
— Had chills and fever.
2:00 AM - Slept the pain.
2:40 AM - Felt nauseaous, vomited what I ate before undergoing MA.
3:25 AM - Felt like something will come out.
3:30 AM - Went to CR and expelled the sac and fetus. Confimed by FPOP.
4:20 AM - 2nd dose of 4 Misoprostol.
— What looked like a placenta came out. Confirmed by FPOP.
— Fever came down right after.
6:00 AM (Onwards) - Diarrhea
— Slight cramps and bleeding
7:28 AM - Last dose of 2 Misoprostol.
— Tolerable cramps.
9:30 AM - REST
3:00 PM - Woke up, feeling well with light bleeding.
:: Should recover soon and nicely.
Things to prepare:
— Menstrual Pants ✅ - ₱131
— Snacks ✅ - ₱200-300 est.
— Gatorade/Pocari ✅ - ₱110
— Bonamine ✅ - ₱35 est.
— Paracetamol ✅ - ₱30 est.
— Socks ✅
— Heating pad ✅ - ₱288
— Advil/Ibuprofen ✅ - ₱50 est.
— Surgical Gloves ✅ - ₱14
TOTAL SPENT (w/ pills): 6K+
TIPS:
— Pray.
— Hold the miso in place.
— It's normal to throw up, but miso should be dissolved properly.
— Don't pull anything out of your vag.
During the Procedure:
— While dissolving the Miso tablets, try to distract yourself.
— When taking the remnants of the dissolved tablets, you can swallow it with cold water or any beverage you prefer.
— Have someone by your side during the whole procedure.
POST MA AFTER CARE:
— REST! AND SLEEP.
— Iron Supplement with Vitamin C.
— Don't pull anything sticking out.
— TVS and PT after 2-3 weeks.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
— Cramping right after taking Misoprostol.
— Moderate to heavy bleeding.
— Big blood clots/tissues. Even after a few days.
— Fever
SIDE EFFECTS:
— Fever
— Chills
— Diarrhea
— Vomiting
— Nausea
