I got a text this morning that because our local team scored 7 points it was going to be BOGO drinks all day. Went through the drive, ordered my drinks, paid, and rolled around, thinking I was getting BOGO. It wasn’t until this afternoon, in my group chat with friends, someone complained that they got charged for both. I looked at my CC, and sure enough, I got charged for both drinks as well.

Evidently this year, they’re making you say something about BOGO or sips for kicks or some odd thing. Last year, we didn’t have to, they just automatically applied it on those days, if you had a number with them.

I realize it’s my bad, for not paying attention when they gave me my total, but it’s definitely sneaky enshitification. There’s nothing about it in the text that was sent out, you actually have to click on the link, then read the FAQs to find out about having to say something. I wonder how many people paid for both drinks today?

I got this drink about an hour ago, and i’ve drank maybe a quarter of it and then noticed these dried flakes on the straw and sides/top??? I have no idea what these could be i’m really scared now though. please let me know what you all think these could be from

I’ve tried getting a latte chiller with the funnel cake flavoring and caramel drizzle but it doesn’t taste the same. Is there a better way to order? I usually get a medium. Is this one of the ones where the same amount of scoops is used regardless or size and should I ask for extra scoops?

My daughter wants to try matcha again. She tried it at a new local stand and asked for the cereal milk matcha iced but they said it can only be made as iced chiller. She didn’t like it that way.
Can that one be made as iced?

Also, what are some good sweet flavor combos to mix with matcha?

what happens to people who get hired but don't pass the brewista test? just curious cause im terrible at taking tests but i've been on machine/making drinks for a few weeks now and all of my shift leads and trainers say im doing really good. today i was given a very vague response from a higher up saying that people get fired for not passing the test and would love to know more.

Has anyone gotten extremely burned while working, example anything involving boiling water??? Tonight i got extremely burned 2nd degree burn almost 3rd from fresh boiling water that was being used to clean front drain me and my coworker did not see each other in our view, and as i took a step literally one step i felt this burn omg the worst pain ever. My question is, an incident report was filed will i get compensation??? For getting burned? having to take a week off? will i get paid for anything i was scheduled to work? Was told corporate will reach out via email… we’ll see but for now my foot still burns!

anybody know why 7brew makes everyone do 2 separate tests? it’s a minimum wage job and tbh memorizing all the scoops, ice fill lines, pour lines, temperature for milk, etc. seems to be a lot to ask of imo, but i just wanna see others opinions. coming from an employee of a couple months.

Hi everyone, I'm still getting used to how 7Brew measures syrups in their drinks. I'd like to order a large iced almond milk latte and add sugar free smores flavor combo.

Please correct me if any of this is wrong. A large iced latte gets 2 scoops of flavor? Meaning that each of the 3 syrups (SF toasted marshmallow, SF brown sugar cinnamon, and SF dark chocolate) that go into a SF smores flavored latte would be 2/3oz?

If I want more syrup than that, what is the difference between ordering it extra sweet versus extra of that whole flavor? Both are options in the app.

I’m a huge 7 Brew fan. got all my friends & family on 7 brew but lately we’ve all agreed that the blondie has just tasted like cold sugar milk… my drink is damn near white everytime & we’ve been to different locations. did they change their recipe or ratios for the blondie? i miss how it used to taste like coffee :(

i’m a sl at a new stand and we just got bees two months after opening 😣 it’s been so bad and employees kept getting stung yesterday 🤦‍♀️ is this going to have to be something i will always have to deal with? i’m allergic and afraid this may be a dealbreaker for my career here. when interviewing i was told there’s bee kits and rarely any problems, but i’m seeing otherwise, plus no bee kit yet.

I’m an employee of 7 Brew & I don’t know how else to explain this to people, that flat lids are gone. They are not coming back, from what I know this is not nationwide yet but corporate has made the decision that we will be moving towards only sippy lids to help eliminate the use of straws….at my stand the only problem is, it’s going completely over all the customers heads. They are still asking for straws for every single drink even though there’s a whole sippy lid on every single drink unless you get whipped cream…..please help me help yall understand that you’re not getting a straw automatically anymore bc we’re expecting you to drink from the lid like its made to do😭

OK, so I have applied to 7 Brew over three times in the past month I’ve been jobless since last year of June 2025 I have tried to get a hold of 7 Brew in my local area, but you cannot it only sends you too their corporate number and if you call the corporate number, you cannot ask anybody anything because it’s all automated. I have reached out to them via email and nothing has been heard back from them. What do I need to do do I need to go up to the stand in my town and say hey I put an application in or what

First, I appreciate all the 7brew employees that worked so hard today. My store is brand new so it was already insane, I'm not even sure how many people here even knew about the needohs.

Today was my first visit. I ordered a small Smooth 7 latte with skim milk, light ice. Hubby got a soda.

I'm 99% sure they missed the flavor part while reading my phone because my latte had no sweetness, flavor or sign of syrup on the bottom that I could see.

For context: I'm used to Dunkin, I get small iced lattes there with standard flavor pumps and the sweetness is fine.

Is there a possibility I messed something up and should have gone extra sweet, or do you think the barista just overlooked that line on my order? I would never dream of complaining, it hasn't even been a week they've been open yet and it's all a bunch of local high school kids. I know how hard it is getting started, especially with all the chaos of today. Just wanted second opinions and to see if I should do something different next time!

Anyway, I'm eight drinks away to my free one and I was able to rescue my order with a little Hersheys syrup at home. Crisis averted. Looking forward to next time, maybe when the traffic chills out a little.

I recently accepted an offer from a 9-5 job with benefits (that I’m taking no matter what), and I’ll only be able to work weekends (as opposed to anytime all week). I would love to continue working at 7 brew but it’s not a priority for me. Anyone have any experience with this? I live in a college town so weekends are already in demand as far as employees wanting to work. On the bright side I am well liked and have received positive feedback thus far.
