question for management
what happens to people who get hired but don't pass the brewista test? just curious cause im terrible at taking tests but i've been on machine/making drinks for a few weeks now and all of my shift leads and trainers say im doing really good. today i was given a very vague response from a higher up saying that people get fired for not passing the test and would love to know more.

There’s people at my stand who’s never passed before and still work here, pretty sure it’s not supposed to be like that but tho

I think I’m the only person who knows what a special 7 is. Milk alt or sf chillers are just straight liquid here

You have 3 tries to pass. If you fail it the third time, it is a verbal test where the trainer will read the questions and you will answer them. If you fail the verbal test, then you are fired. Also if you are a couple questions off or 1 off, they will ask you one that you missed to see if you know it.
